Pros:

La stanza era molto spaziosa, pulitissima e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario, tra asciugamani, detergenti, phon, minibar...
La colazione era ricca di torte fatte in casa, diverse ogni mattina, succhi di frutta, the, biscottini, salumi, formaggi...
Personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. La struttura è un po' in alto e gode di una vista fantastica sulle montagne e sul castello.

Cons:

Volendo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, forse andrebbe potenziato l'areatore del bagni.

Le calme, l' emplacement à l' écart des grandes routes. Le personnel disponible, souriant, qui nous a indiqué comment rejoindre facilement la foire d' aoste en car sans soucis de stationnement. Très bon petit déjeuner avec produits locaux..

Cons:

Une bouilloire pour thé ou café dans la chambre serait un plus.

La pulizia, la cortesia dello staff

Cons:

Colazione non all'altezza, camera per tre giorni senza riscaldamento e al check out nemmeno le scuse per il disservizio.
Lavabo senza nessun appoggio e camera vecchia senza insonorizzazione.
Mi dispiace che ritenga i suoi prodotti di "altissimo livello" (torta della nonna ); evidentemente non ha mai soggiornato in strutture di medio livello che offrono prodotti per colazioni di buon livello certamente superiori a quelli che proponete voi.
Eviti di scrivere che dico "inesattezze" perché anche la sua front office mi ha confermato che il problema esisteva anche in un'altra camera e mi ha confermato che è stata chiamata l'assistenza per risolvere il problema. Eviti le classiche risposte "per i clienti" visto che, come albergatore, conosco il sistema di controllo delle camere che avete in albergo e, come sistemista, ne conosco la gestione. Come albergatore non ho la presunzione che ha lei di definire una "torta della nonna" di altissimo livello, ma semplicemente una torta normalissima.
La sua risposta non ha menzionato ne il bagno senza appoggio ne l'assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione; entrambe le cose sono inconfutabili e, sicuramente, di "altissimo livello". La lascio nella sua tracotanza e nell'illusione di saper fare accoglienza.
