Great staff
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Sana Metropolitan Lisboa and had an outstanding experience.

The level of service was exceptional — something I haven’t encountered in quite some time. The team, especially Carolina Gomes, demonstrated remarkable availability, promptness, and genuine care throughout my stay.

What truly stood out was their attention to detail: even when the EV charging spot was occupied by a car that wasn’t even charging (despite plenty of available parking spaces), the team proactively offered to move my car during the night so it could charge. That level of thoughtfulness and commitment is rare.

Their care and follow-up made a real difference and elevated the entire experience.

A genuinely positive review, and very well deserved. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Food was poor by comparison with all other facilities in which we stayed for almost 3 weeks in Portugal

Pros:

Emplacement correct pour les voyages business car c'est à côté des entreprises, loin du centre ville si vous venez pour du tourisme
La chambre est clean, je l'ai prise particulièrement car il est à côté du boulot, et c'est le seul avantage que j'au trouvé à vrai dire
Un GRAND merci à Marta qui a accepté de pousser mon check out de deux heures car j'avais mon vol le soir

Cons:

Pas de bouteille d eau après le passage de la femme de ménage ( Uniquement le 1er jour)
Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix, le café procuré est de mauvaise qualité, pas de machine à café
Le buffet dejeuner et diner payant est de loin meilleur que le peti déj
Si vous avez le sommeil leger comme moi, impossible de dormir avec le bruit des avions qui débutent à partir de 5h du mat, surtout avec les vitres qui ne sont vraiment pas sound proof

Great stay, great location!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful! They went out of their way to make us welcomed.
Our room was well appointed and the bed was very confortable.
Breakfast in the morning was fantastic!
