Absolutely immaculate & even thought things weren’t perfect we would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

We were greeted very warmly by the chap behind the desk & because I had checked in online before we arrived it was completely flawless when we arrived. Also we were 2 hours early & the hotel allowed us 2 gain access to our room. Great customer service.

Cons:

So the hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived. This was not conveyed to ourselves at the time of booking. We had workmen out on our balcony @ 7am on our 1st morning. Because we were in the top floor we had a balcony which more or less wrapped right round the whole top floor but there were no partitions separating each room. This meant that we were unable to open any windows during the night. It was 24 degrees outside & also no air conditioning. Also on our last morning the restaurant was closed so there was no breakfast service.

Pros:

Overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel is currently under renovation and we were lucky enough to get a recently renovated room.

Cons:

On the downside, there were one or two days when there was no hot water for several hours and we were not informed in advance, only found out once it happened. This is probably connected to the renovation, but providing a small notice beforehand would have been the right approach.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Personale cortese, camera spaziosa e pulita. L’hotel è praticamente ad 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata del tram col quale si arriva in pochissimi minuti al centro.
