A nice good overnight stay
Pros:

The location is very good and a short walk from the tram stop. The hotel was nice and modern and the staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean with a nice balcony view. Beds were comfy and the room had a nice coffee machine.

Cons:

The room was very hot due to it being a very hot day and the room didn't have air conditioning, also although the bathroom was very nice and clean it was very small.

חוויה טובה מאוד מיקום טוב קרוב לחשמלית שמביאה לכל מרכזי העניינים ובנוסף חשמלית לשדה התעופה ניקיון טוב מיטה נוחה מקלחת מרווחת מרפסת חמודה מאוד החדר מעט חם יש מאוור דייסון אך לצערי בחלק מהימים זה לא הספיק ובנוסף אין טלפון בחדר להתקשר לקבלה במקרה וצריכים משהו אבל בגדול הדברים האלה שוליים ונהננו מאוד

Summer visit to Zurich
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable hotel, helpful and friendly staff.
Within walking distance of the main city and train station, local grocery store close by and tram stop.
Quiet area for a relaxing stay in Zürich.

Tolles Hotel, würde wiederkommen, aber nur ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage buchen

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen und das Personal ist überaus freundlich

Cons:

Eines unserer Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert. Das stand wahrscheinlich in der Beschreibung, aber war wirklich kaum zumutbar. Man gab uns einen extra Ventilator, aber das Zimmer war einfach nur heiß.

It was a short but beautiful stay, would love to be there again
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and the little morning treat was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

2 fallos en los servicios y un baño minúsculo.
Pros:

El personal fue amable.

Cons:

La nevera de la habitación no funcionaba y tuvimos que cambiarnos. Nos dieron la otra habitación que había disponible en la que no funcionaba el mando del ventilador y tuve que ir a coger el mando del ventilador de la otra habitación además del cambio de la habitación. Finalmente me pareció que el baño de la habitación en la que al final me alojé era muy pequeño e incómodo.
Además en ese área había unas escaleras que llegaban a ningún sitio si no sirven para llegar a la recepción y a la salida debería de estar marcado.

Mucho valor
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas pero estaban muy bien y todo reformado y el pequeño desayuno q podíamos tomar allí de manera gratuita

Cons:

Con 35° por el día y 29° por la noche no había aire acondicionado y pasamos mucha calor, además me cobraron un depósito de más de 200 euros que espero me devuelvan y ciento y pico de tasas de la ciudad
