Freundliches Personal,
Zimmerwechsel bei defekter (herunterhängender) Beleuchtung in der Dusche ohne Probleme möglich

Cons:

Erstes Zimmer defekte Duschbeleuchtung, zweites Zimmer sehr wackeligen Wasserhahn.
Laute Umgebungsgeräusche.

Very nice stay out of town in a very comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Very well appointed room with added benefit of a balcony. Very comfortable bed and located ina quiet area (certainly for rooms at the back of the hotel - we were in 213). Coop next door very useful!

Cons:

Wifi not working for duration. Stayed two nights and no towel change/toilet roll addition. Other than that, all good.

Pros:

Ön taraf odalar tramvay nedeniyle gürültülü olabiliyor. Arka ve üst kat odalar daha sessiz. Ancak ön taraf suit odalar arka taraf suit odalara göre daha büyük ve ferah. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok başarılı.

Tram 10 from airport to hotel was perfect and Tram 10 into town we used a lot.

It was very handy for my requirements.
Pros:

I had a lovely balcony which was a real bonus, everything was very clean and there was a small fridge in the room.

Cons:

Maybe breakfast included? But it wasn't a deal breaker as I spent most of the time with family.

I would definitely come again, for business or leisure.
Pros:

Perferct location. Very helpful and friendly staff (Alexandra!). Clean, well-maintained room.

Cons:

It would be nice if they had harder pillows for those who prefer them.

Great staff and smooth early check-in
Pros:

The stay was as expected and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated being able to check in about two hours earlier, which was very convenient. Overall, everything was as expected and we had a pleasant stay

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Die Location ist hervorragend, das Hotel ist renoviert und sehr schön restauriert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und angenehm untergebracht gefühlt.
Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Seilbahn, etwa 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum.
