Es gibt doch ein Gym
Unglaublich überhitzte Zimmer und keine Klimaanlage. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, da der Straßenverkehr unglaublich laut ist. Frühstück wurde mir zwar abgebucht, jedoch gab es keines und die Refundierung dauerte. Sehr enttäuschend.
Nice hotel near the university, perfect for a short stay.
路面電車に乗ると降りてすぐのところで、空港までも1本で行けたところです。
また、隣にコープがあり買い物にも便利でした。
バルコニーに机と椅子が置いてあり、夜は外で涼むことができました。
洗面のドアの上の方に穴が空いている(わざと長方形の穴があいていました)ので、洗面の音が部屋まで筒抜けでした。

A pleasant hotel with a nice, well-equipped room and a balcony, where it was lovely to sit and relax. The room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and a kettle, which turned out to be particularly useful.
We had booked breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately, the restaurant owner did not arrive in the morning, so breakfast was not available. However, I did not consider this a major problem. The hotel refunded the full CHF 27 per person, and there were some excellent alternatives nearby. Right next to the hotel, there is a well-stocked Coop supermarket with a great selection of fresh sandwiches and salads at around one-fifth of the price of the hotel breakfast. There is also a lovely bakery-café nearby, serving excellent coffee, fresh rolls and sandwiches, as well as delicious pastries. In the end, I was actually quite pleased with the situation, especially after later reading some rather negative reviews about the hotel's breakfast.
The main disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning. I knew about this when booking, but the room had a replacement cooling device, which unfortunately was not working. I reported the problem, but unfortunately it was not repaired. Luckily, there was no heatwave during our stay, so we could simply leave the balcony door open and comfortably ventilate the room.
Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfortable room, balcony and location. Recommended!

Muy limpio, acogedor y muy buena atención en la recepción
La habitación muy pequeña al igual que el baño. Por el precio pagado debiera tener mas espacio. Se anuncia 4 estrellas y no tiene aire acondicionado
The property was well located between the Zurich Main
Railway Station and the Zurich Airport.
The beds were very comfortable and the bed-linen & towels were fresh and clean.
The staff were very cooperative and polite and assisted for making local travel arrangements.
Also had a reasonable inclusive breakfast.
The room was a little tight, so travelling as a couple, it was difficult to open both bags at the same time.
The sockets for charging devices were short within the bedroom.
The bathroom was tight, with no place to mount a toilet-bag; also lack of hooks or a rod to hang up clothes whilst bathing.
Lovely hotel, very clean and beautiful decor. The croissants and juice for breakfast were a lovely touch.

The welcome and service from reception was spot on. It was on the 10 tram so it was only 150m from the tram stop.
The dining room has been closed permanently.
