La ubicación. La cama muy cómoda. Dejan cápsulas de café y tés.
Todo el hotel es muy bonito. Está a 10 minutos en tranvía del centro histórico.
Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje porque llegamos al hotel antes del horario del check-in sin cargo adicional.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado. Figura en la publicación como que la habitación tiene AA pero lo que dejan es un ventilador más sofisticado. Algo ayudó en esta semana de mucho calor.

Pros:

Location was great, easy to get to from the airport and also to get into the city centre. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and sofa. Hotel has great facilities and very friendly staff

Cons:

The one thing was the room was very warm, but then the weather was very hot. There were 2 fans which helped.

It was super hot and very noisy. Because the rooms were right under a busy street and tram stop, it was noisy throughout the night, it is better when you shut the windows, but then it got so hot and stuffy and there is no aircon, only a fan that circulated the hot air

Excellent staff, in particular must mention Ivan on the front desk.

He was welcoming, extremely helpful , and friendly!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and overall disappointing
Not much variety and when food items were low, as was the case with the pastries , bread and in particular the fruit, there was very little replenishment.
The fruit offered was also quite limited
Whether you go to breakfast at 7am or 8.30 every visitor has paid the same for breakfast so food items and range should be plentiful and available

Comfortable, great staff and location
Pros:

The property was in an great location and the room was fantastic and really clean. We loved having a balcony.
The staff were excellent, Alexandra and Sebastian were both really helpful.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but everything else was great.
