it was adequate. I needed a bed for the night, and I got one. The room was adequate as well.
Pros:

The location was perfect. I was only in town for one night to attend an art showing of a friend of mine. The hotel was literally less than 2 miles from the venue.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel were under renovation, which meant the lobby was a disaster: floors ripped up, plastic hanging everywhere. I understand that renovations are inconvenient. But if I had KNOWN about the renovations before booking my room, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Certain doors were blocked, which necessitated walking around the building to a side entrance.

Could not get any sleep at all for the ac noise.

I had no breakfast

Cons:

I payed for a higher price room it was $159.0 , I didn't receive a good room,my room was 212 on the second floor and the AC made noises all night long.my wife and I could not sleep for the AC.
