Convenient
Pros:

The location was great. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room smelled so musty- it hit you as soon as you opened the door! There was no bar of soap to wash your hands. I had asked a housekeeper I saw in the hall and she said there was no hand soap. After going to the front desk, someone from maintenance went out of his way to bring a bar of soap to our room.

Elena & Kendal run the front desk like gangbusters!
Pros:

I frequent the “Castle on the Hill” several times a year on business, and each stay is an absolute pleasure thanks to the dedicated efforts of Elena and Kendal. These two exceptional front desk staffers always go that extra mile and always exceed my expectations. If that’s not enough, every time I visit I receive a warm welcome with a smile and they truly make me feel like I’m family. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else- and neither should you!

Elena and Kendal Made My Stay Outstanding!

Elena and Kendal truly set the tone for an exceptional stay at the Hilton in Peachtree Corners, GA. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitudes and attentiveness immediately made me feel valued as a guest.

They took the time to thoroughly explain all of the hotel amenities and upcoming events, which I really appreciated. It was clear they take pride in their work and want every guest to have the best possible experience. Their willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and the level of service I received reflected excellent leadership and a strong team culture. Elena and Kendal are true assets to this location, and their dedication to customer service absolutely deserves recognition.

I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

Great stay at Hilton Atlanta Northeast

My husband and I spent Jan 23 - 25, 2026 at Hilton Atlanta Northeast and were wowed by the pleasant staff and excellent svc we experienced. We were attending an event only 45 minutes from home but chose to stay at the hotel due to predicted icy weather. The food was excellent- very good bkfst buffet, lunch and banquet we attended prepared by the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a great venue for the event we attended. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

Pros:

Stayed here for business in the area. My room was spacious, clean and most importantly it was quiet. Shower had amazing amenities. Front desk was polite and informative. Breakfast was awesome!
