Omni La Mansion del Rio

The location on the San Antonio Riverwalk was perfect! Our room couldn’t have been any better! It was clean, spacious, and felt like home! Four Brothers was our spot for breakfast- the service and food were both fantastic! We will definitely be staying there again!

I was at the Omni La Mansion Del Rio on June 23, 2026, in the afternoon time, for my interview. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I left, I experienced exceptional guest service and hospitality from the agents and valet workers. One agent who was at the front desk, and several valet workers, greeted me warmly, when I arrived.

Great Location! It can't get any better. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel has a unique vibe. The old Spanish style you just can't beat.

Staff and property.

My female friend and I recently spent several wonderful nights at the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the River Walk, and it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing, discreet getaway. We were fortunate to be placed in the corner room 614, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in San Antonio.
From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and extreme discretion. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary questions or attention drawn to our party. The front desk team handled everything with quiet efficiency, which immediately put us at ease. We appreciated how seamlessly they respected our privacy throughout the entire stay — something that was very important to us.
Room 614 is a fantastic corner suite with excellent natural light, spacious layout, and beautiful views overlooking the River Walk area. The room felt private and tucked away, which enhanced our ability to truly unwind and enjoy our time together without any disturbances. The bedding was plush and comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with quality amenities, and the overall space gave us plenty of room to relax. We stayed multiple nights and never once felt cramped or overlooked.
What truly stood out was the housekeeping team. Whenever we called for a full refresh — especially after needing all linens and bedding completely changed — the staff responded with remarkable speed and professionalism. They were expedient, courteous, and handled every request promptly while maintaining complete discretion. Fresh towels, crisp sheets, and a spotless room were always waiting for us when we returned, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate same-day or on-request deep cleans made a huge difference in how comfortable and refreshed we felt each day.
The hotel’s location on the River Walk is perfect — easy access to dining, walks along the river, and all the energy of downtown San Antonio without being overwhelmed by noise in the room itself. The Omni’s amenities (pool, fitness center, and on-site dining) were also well-maintained and convenient.
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. The combination of a quiet, private corner room, outstanding staff discretion, and responsive housekeeping made it feel like a true sanctuary. We left feeling recharged and already talking about booking again next time we’re in San Antonio. If you value privacy, comfort, and genuinely professional service, I cannot recommend the Omni San Antonio (especially corner rooms like 614) highly enough.

Proximity to Riverwalk

Had a wonderful stay at the Omni Hotel. Everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is beautiful, especially the terrace area, and my room had a great view of the river.

The poolside atmosphere was lively and fun, with a bar and even a mariachi performance that added to the experience. The location is perfect and convenient for exploring the area. I also appreciated the complimentary drink upon arrival and the comfortable bed.

What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. During my son’s Army graduation, it rained unexpectedly, and the staff kindly lent me an umbrella, which I truly appreciated. An added bonus is the affordable overnight parking available across the hotel for just $9.

Overall, an excellent stay, and I would definitely visit again.

Our flight to our honeymoon destination was delayed an extra day so we had to find a hotel. We told the staff and came back to our room after dinner to chocolates & champagne and it was so sweet!

Entire staff was so kind!! Shout out to Stone and Eva and entire valet crew. They went above and beyond. Very clean!

My husband and i stayed at the La Mansion del Rio for 3 nights to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had stayed here years ago. We absolutely loved our stay again this time. Our 2nd floor room overlooking the Riverwalk was delightful. Highly recommend. The atmosphere at the hotel is wonderful. Will forever treasure our stay.

Omni La Mansion was absolutely amazing. Every Omni worker was kind, professional and always willing to help. Marisela's bubbly personality, professionalism and great customer service skills- was a great start to our Omni La Mansion del Rio experience :-)
