The pool could use more shade so it can be utilized more hours of the day.
Pros:

The style and vibe of this hotel is amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Despite telling the front desk we didn't need daily room service, they still came in our room daily including walking in on my wife and I in bed!

Great stay wonderful room and pool the four brothers restaurant was also fantastic.

Great staff. Helpful and attentive. The bed was big and comfy. The lobby bar had great service and great drinks and food. Very close to the river walk - with beautiful views.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très pratique pour visiter le centre ville.
L'établissement dispose d'un accès direct sur le River Walk, ce qui est très appréciable.

Must stay when visiting San Antonio.
Pros:

The staff was top notch. My family felt very safe and impressed with the hospitality. My kids loved the movie night by the pool. Us adults were impressed with the mixologist behind the bars. Definitely would stay again.

Cons:

Probably could have had a few more pool towels during the peek pool time. Also maybe a vending machine or gift shop available for late evening drinks for the kids. We prefer not to have gone to the bar for a coke at 10pm. No other concerns.

Localização perfeita, bem próximo ao rio, não precisa utilizar carro pra quase nada, muito próximo a ótimos restaurantes, conforto excepicional. Chocada com a qualidade de tudo. Voltaria 1000 vezes

Had a great time with family
Pros:

Great comfortable rooms, the beds very comfortable. The staff in the entire hotel were wonderful. Beautiful pool area. And access right onto the Riverwalk.
