This property is in disrepair and it’s obvious the owners are not putting money back into it. Outside entrance door had broken security. Entry capers dirty. Ice maker didn’t work and vending machine was empty so I doubt the ice maker just broke. Bathroom sink had no stop and faucet had end piece removed so water sprayed everywhere. Chipped paint, rust in doors. Again obvious they’re not investing in the property and definitely not stay again.

The. People Was Nice. But we were. There. Three days and. Never. Got. Our. Room clean no. Trash. Empty. No towels. Or. Toilet. Paper unyil. I. Had. To. Call. For. Some.

Breakfast was cold
No towels brought the room. You had to ask for them

Front desk staff was awesome. Pool water was to cold to swim in and was a disappointment.

Upon check in the area around the parking lot was trashy. The bedroom was 77 degrees when we checked in. It was hot. The phone didn’t work to call so we pushed it down to 61 which was the lowest you could turn it. If it wasn’t 930pm and getting in after a long drive I would have got another room. After about 2 hours it cooled off some but didn’t keep up anll night long. Also there was a used dirty towel hanging on the backside of the bathroom door. Breakfast goes until 930am and there were hardly any eggs no biscuits and 2 pieces of sausage left.
Place was on the trashy side which is sad because usually Baymonts are normally nicer. We will not be back

Air conditioning didn’t keep room cool. No hot water for shower. When I let the front desk know they said let the tap run 10 minutes. It was more like an hour. I left the hotel early. Absolutely miserable experience. I’ll would not recommen! I wil never go back. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever experienced

People living in their car outside. Place is very run down. The building smelled like a pet store. Room also had the odor. Room was not clean and hair on the comforters.

It was quiet . Breakfast was below average, food seemed as tho it was all left overs from day before . Had to go store as no conditioner was provided. You can tell building was old and had some updates but really felt a shiny sticker covering up faults/issues .

The mattress was stained, there was blood on the sheets and mattress cover, when I reached out to the front desk for clean linen, I was asked to come get the linen which I understand it was breakfast time. I was then asked to bring back the linen to the front desk which I was in the understanding that housekeeping would have picked up the linen. The hallway has a strange odor to it can't quit put my finger on what the smell was. The room smelled nice but seemed as though they were trying to cover up a smell in the room.

Everything was ok. The room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable it had a dip in the mattress. The indoor pool felt like Alaska! The spa was Luke warm. The only one good thing it was away from all the noise!

Not friendly, nothing worked in the room, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Tiny toilet paper rolls, too small Kleenex boxes, electric went out once. Extremely unfriendly people that run it.

The room was not terribly clean, and we refused to take a shower in that filthy bathtub. We also skipped the free breakfast and went to a restaurant because the dining area was not clean or sanitary. There seemed to be a lot of things not in working order throughout the hotel, including the outdoor pool and the hot tub. We could have stayed in a Motel 6 for a much cheaper cost and probably had a better experience.

THe pool was ice cold, hot tub ice cold, sauna didn't work, breakfast food not good except waffles and coffee and muffins. The men who operate the hotel were very nice and respectful. They can't help there was a problem with hot tub and pool as workers need to still come and fix. It was such a disappointment because we really wanted to get into the pool. The manager gave us a $50.00 discount off the bill. This was very acceptable to us and even though we were upset when we arrived, we left satisfied with the discount. Give them a try. Call first and make sure what you want is working before making reservations.

The hottub was cold. The hallways smelled liked sewage.

Check in was quick, was ready to get out of the car.

Property was not as depicted in pictures, pool was not functioning. Property was run down and virtually vacant. Did not end up staying at property, tried to cancel, attendant said hed issue a refund to Expedia, then didn't answer phones for Expedia to validate return. Did not stay or check in to property.

Window ac is noisy. Hair dryer ran for 2 minutes then went off.
