Wonderful hotel with everything in clean pristine condition.
Pros:

The hotel was impeccably clean in all areas and the staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were large and the air conditioning was running for arrival. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Everything in the room worked and was in pristine condition. The location is about 400ft from Clark Quay MRT station so you can take the metro from the airport and it is easy to access.

Nothing, it was all great.

Great location, great food and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

There was an amazing choice at breakfast from local dishes to - well, just about everything. Plenty of variety and good quality. Great to try different dishes alongside usual choices. Plenty of room to sit and did not have any issues with finding a table. We had a view of the pool from our room which was lovely and the location was ideal for sightseeing and the local restaurants. We ate at the bar one night and the food was really lovely and good quality. The pool was lovely and we made use of this and the sun loungers as well. All in all, a very pleasurable stay.

Cons:

Whilst we were given a room upgrade, some of the furniture was starting to look a little tired. The shower screen leaked on our last day but other all good.

Great location, staff it’s a beautiful hotel. Casey was excellent in helping book another flight as our flight with Qatar had been cancelled.

Pros:

Staff excellent and very friendly. Very central location for main attractions and the MRT. Room great , bar and pool great for a city hotel. Would recommend and would stay again.

Cons:

Lifts annoyingly slow and one out of order whole 9 Days. Noisy on a couple of nights outside but not sure why.
