Schönes Hotel mit paradiesischem Poolbereich.
Pros:

Eine tolle Lage, gleich gegenüber ist eine kleine Mall und eine MRT Station. Man schaut direkt auf den Fluss. Uns hat vor allem der Poolbereich gefallen. Es ist eine kleine Oase inmitten der Stadt. Die gastronomischen Einrichtungen sind super. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Toll war auch, dass wir nach dem Auschecken noch bis zur Abfahrt den Poolbereich und die Duschen und Umkleide nutzen durften.

Cons:

Leider war in unserem Zimmer ein unerklärliches Geräusch/ Virbration, welches uns nicht hat schlafen lassen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, und haben es am nächsten Tag gemeldet. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Everything was spot on at this hotel. We did the Executive package and it was excellent value for money especially the Happy Hour. Great location with vibrant nightlife on doorstep at Clarke Quay and easy MRT access to reach all the attractions Singapore has to offer

Das Zimmer hatte einen schlechten Geschmack - im Nachttisch war eine Bibel & ein Koran... die Bücher haben dermassen gestunken & meinen ganzen Aufenthalt nachgerochen. Wirklich schlimm.

Vernünftig Alternative mit guter Lage.
Cons:

Badewanne als Dusche. Hoher Rand, ein- und aussteigen schwierig und rutschig.

Great hotel in a handy location
Pros:

Glamorous hotel, many staff and services available, eg left luggage and invitation to continue using facilities after checkout. We were able to shower and change our clothes before heading to the airport and to use the lounge etc.
Rooms were well thought out and supplied with comfort Room service was very good. Breakfast was in a large and spacious area, a vast range of food and drinks available and good quality, with new offerings each morning. The location was great, opposite an MRT station and near the attractions of Clarke Quay.

Cons:

During our 3-night stay, 2 of the 4 lifts were out of order, causing long queues on ground level. Some guests commented that they had been there all week with the lifts out of action, not acceptable when the hotel is extremely high rise.

Great stay at Clarke Quay!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, reception staff wonderful. Pool was lovely and clean.

Cons:

Wish the other food was a little cheaper, would have been nice to utilise the cafe by the pool more but cost was a bit prohibitive. Would be great if there was a daily special on drinks other than beer. The lifts were problematic, one whole lift out of action caused queues to form at other lifts.

Pros:

Stayed 16-19 October. Beautifully kept hotel with large Kingsize bedroom as a solo traveller. Wonderful selection at breakfast which was included with my booking. Lovely Crossroads bar where I had a cocktail and another time a light lunch. Both delicious and I wished I could have stayed longer to try a few other things on the menu. Near to two MRT stations, Chinatown a 10 min walk away and Clarke Quay Central. Lovely outdoor pool with sun beds too. But above all the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. So very friendly, welcoming and they really couldn’t do enough for you. Lead attendant/waitress at Crossroads bar was very kind and attentive, thank you. Great concierge (of whose name I now cannot remember as I am leaving a late review) who helped me to check in for my on going flight with Singapore airlines. Plus they would book you a car to take you anywhere with advice of when to come and make car requests at reception. Little afternoon snacks left in reception around 16:00/16:30; a lovely little touch. This was a recommendation from a friend’s friend and I would highly recommend the Paradox, Merchant Court too.

Everything was great. What put them over the top was when they brought a piece of cake for my brother on his birthday. Attention to detail. Awesome!!
