Pros:

The staff were friendly and so helpful, especially when we arrived exhausted after a long flight.
Breakfast was varied with plenty of choices and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The lifts! One was being worked on but two of the three others in the hotel didn't always work effectively. Sometimes we got taken up to the 11th floor when we pushed the 4th floor. Once they fix that, the place will be perfect!

Pros:

The location is great, near Clarke Quay and MRT. It’s a lovely motel to stay in Singapore. It is a big motel, so a little impersonal. The layout of corridors to rooms and pool area is tricky due to the shape of the building. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices.

Cons:

Several lifts were not working so getting to pool or ground level was a mission.

location is great, on the quay and near a subway station

Cons:

some of the lifts weren't working, and some of the key readers in the other lifts did not work. Breakfast was not as good as previous stays, tables not cleared, ran short on plates and some food

Central location for a fair price.
Pros:

Quality hotel in a central location on Clarke Quay and walking distance to Chinatown and quick access to all major attractions. Large, comfortable room with huge bed. Very helpful concierge who helps with travel advice and taxi ordering.

Cons:

Nice pool but not enough beds. We had lunch one day at the pool but the service was incredibly slow. Our room had a nice balcony but faces a busy main road so we didn't use it.

Excellent location, good size rooms, lovely pool to relax in.
Pros:

Brilliant location with easy walking to Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and other attractions. Like the chilled water in the mornings but would have preferred it available all day. The room size was great, the pool very relaxing, although need more recliners as sometimes none available. The concierge staff most helpful, awesome having a guest laundry to use. Bathroom good size and lovely bath towels.

Cons:

The lifts whilst being serviced made it very crowded at peak times, thanks for allowing use of service lifts. Could put a little more seating in the lobby between the two big vases, as at times very crowded in the lobby, beds a little uncomfortable.
