Surprised by how great it was
Pros:

The location was wonderful. It’s was relatively modern. The staff were excellent. Loved the pool

Cons:

The lifts were ridiculously slow. There was always a queue to use them no matter what time of the day or night.

Comfortable, well located hotel in the heart of Clarke Quay, with lovely quiet pool area.
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Singapore. Quick stroll to the Clarke Quay MRT station. Nice comfortable room. Pool area was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The shower over bath was quite hard to step into as the sides of the bath are very high. Might not be suitable for older people or those with hip problems. There are not a lot of sun beds around the pool, so it was difficult to get a spot to relax.

Pros:

Location is excellent. The room was very clean and well presented. Room inclusions of coffee, tea, toothbrush and tooth paste. Robes and slippers provided. Quality Samsung TV. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff well presented and professional in their service. Early check in also provided. 10 out of 10.

Cons:

Pool area a little small with limited deck chairs for the amount of rooms at the hotel.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alles.
Pros:

Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Restaurants und die MRT ist gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksaal ist sehr laut. Die Auswahl aber sehr gut.

Absolut geniale Lage
Pros:

Abolut geniale Lage. Vis a vis ist eine Mall in der gleich die U-bahnstation ist. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünschen offen.

Cons:

Wir haben gedacht, dass Kinder in dieser Unterkunft gratis übernachten. Unsere 2 jährige Tochter hat ein Kinderbett bekommen mit einem Duschset und dies kostenlos. Als wir nachfragten ob wir noch ein Zustellbett bekommen für unsere 6jährige Tochter, hiess es, es kostet die Hälfte unserer Zimmerpreises. Völlig nicht Verhältisgerecht.

Auch ein Infoschreiben, wie lange die Poolzeiten sind, was sich wo im Hotel befindet, wie bedient man den Lift ect. wurde einem nicht erklärt. Die einzige Info die wir bekommen haben ist, wo sich der Frühstückbereich sich befindet und um welche Zeit es am besten wäre.

Der Pool war sehr kühl und wir hielten uns nicht lange dort auf, da es mit dem Wind nicht wirklich angenehm war.

Pros:

滞在途中で人数追加があったので2つの予約を取りました。お部屋の広さも変わる予約でしたが滞在中は初日から広いお部屋を用意してくださいました。
ホテルの場所は駅から近く、駅が入ったビルにはフードコートやドン・キホーテ、ベーカリーなどがあり便利でした。ほとんどの場所は直通または隣の駅で乗り換えするだけで行けるのでバスは使わず地下鉄だけで移動できました

朝食のジュースが100%果汁ではなかったのか非常に甘かったです

Superb hotel in heart of Singapore providing excellent services
Pros:

The location was superb. The Quay is on the River Walk with plenty of food options within easy reach. Close to the MRT, making for easy transport around the city. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with huge choices for everyone's palate. Our check-in process was fantastic with the help of a young lady named Hajar. Quick, friendly, with an excellent introduction to the facilities. The pool area was superb, and all amenities were available and in perfect order.

Cons:

Totally a comfortable stay.
