One of the best stays I’ve ever hard!
Pros:

Radisson absolutely exceeded my expectations! Wendy and her team were nothing short of excellent. Communication with the hotel was easy from the get go. When we arrived, it was so seamless checking in. The property is at a really great location, the staff are super helpful and pay attention to details. The breakfast is one of the best you’ll ever have. Radisson made our stay so memorable. The welcome drinks, the friendly host Abulela and the very beautiful property. I’m rarely sad to leave a place but I really wanted more days here and I will definitely be coming back. Their spa experience is also so superb, from the welcoming and calming scents, to the skilled personnel, heated pool, it was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Magnificent and Luxurious
Pros:

I loved everything. The room was magnificent, the bathroom was exquisite, the facilities were luxurious. The breakfast had a fabulous variety and was excellent. The spa was so lovely. The lady playing the piano in the evenings was beautiful. The service and staff were amazing. Loved every minute and felt truly rejuvenated when we left.

Won’t ever stay there again. Very average for the price. Was hoping for 5 star and got 3 star

The room, the location and view

Cons:

1. No top (flat) sheet on bed. Very disappointing for a good hotel. Had to go and ask for one. 2. The dinning area is run down and needs a revamp. Carpets old. Strip lights broken and hanging down. Pot plants chipped. Dirty. 3. At 12pm when we had lunch there, they were still cleaning around us with vacuum cleaner and shouting across the dinning area. Very 2nd class. Breakfast too for R500 per head was very average. Expensive for what you get.

Exquisite hotel!
Pros:

It’s next to the V & A mall and they provide a shuttle to and fro. It has a beautiful sea view.
I was there for my wife’s birthday and the stuff was amazing. They made our celebration very memorable.
