Pros:

Prachtige rustige locatie, alles goed verzorgd. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Vlak bij Capoliveri. Heerlijke week gehad

Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit dem wichtigsten
ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Dank der gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage war es in den Räumen immer angenehm kühl. Auch der Poolbereich ist super schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La posizione incantevole. Gli spazi interni ed esterni del cottage, lo spazio relax con piscina panoramica.

Sehr schöne Anlage, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber alles da, was man braucht. Gemütliche Betten! Der Pool ist wunderschön und zur kleinen Bucht läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Anlage und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war super, mit Meerblick und am Abend sah man den Sonnenuntergang. Fußweg zum Strand waren 5 Minuten. Wir haben so ein tolles Zimmer bekommen, was auch sehr modern war (erst vor einigen Jahren renoviert worden).

Cons:

Das Einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe: Wir hatten nur eine Rolle Klopapier im Zimmer. Ich würde mindestens 2 Rollen im Zimmer lassen.

I fiori nelle aiuole ben curate, il parcheggio , il panorama , lo spazio con sedute fuori dalla stanza, bagno ok

Cons:

Forse il bar che si rifornisce su ordinazione. Le zanzare del crepuscolo ( esiste un modo per eliminarle?😜)tovaglia un poco consumata e rotta sul tavolino fuori.

Velmi krasna residence s bazenem,a zahradou, kde jsme se citili prijemne a svobodne,pan majitel ochotny,pratelsky a prijemny. Pobyt byl pro nas relax,ubytovani nad nase ocekavani,zarizenim a prostorem,krasnym vyhledem na more ,z ubytovani i od bazenu,pohodlne parkovani.Jezdili jsme na ruzne plaze na tomto krasnem ostrove. Rozhodne se planujeme vratit a pobyt budeme rezervovat na delsi dobu.

Praktisches Appartment mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren - und mit Meerblick. Das Personal kümmert sich liebevoll um die Instandhaltung der Anlage (Rasen, Schwimmbecken, etc.). Den bereits in einigen Rezensionen erwähnten Brötchen-Service haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen, ebenso wie die beschatteten Parkplätze in der Anlage. Das für uns wichtigste Küchen-Utensil - die Herdplatten-Espressomaschine - war vorhanden und betriebswillig :-) Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - Grazie, Le Grazie.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Trotzdem noch ein paar Hinweise.
Hinweis 1: Wie im Süden üblich sind die Appartments "hellhörig" - für uns in der Vorsaison (Mai) allerdings kein Thema.
Hinweis 2: Die Anlage hat Hanglage. Es gibt daher (auch bei ebenerdigem Appartment) immer die ein oder andere Stufe, die außerhalb des Appartments "lauert".
Hinweis 3: Der kleine Strand von Madonna delle Grazie ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Aufstieg ins Zentrum von Capoliveri sieht das anders aus. Wir haben hierfür gerne die Dienste unseres Fahrzeuges in Anspruch genommen.
