The parking entrance is located off 2nd Street.

Pros:

we loved the Duck Parade. the lobby area was stunning. excellent location to see major sites. Room size was ok- we had a family room for 4.

Cons:

Not enough towels- coffee pods-free bottles of water and coffee cups left in the room for 4 people. We had to ask each day for more.
pillows were uncomfortable.
room didn't get cleaned

Pros:

Walking distance to everything, including my son's apartment. All of the staff were helpful and aways with a pleasant smile. The meals were excellent. And the coffee pods were so delicious, that was a definite plus.

Cons:

The only thing my husband and I can say is the pillows were way too soft for our liking.

Not top notch!
Pros:

The Peabody ducks were absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our stay. The Duckmaster was brilliant and made the whole experience entertaining and memorable.

Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Overall, the ducks, the Duckmaster and the wonderfully comfortable bed made the stay enjoyable, but the bathroom maintenance and overpriced dining experience need improvement.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom really let the room down. The skirting boards were dirty, the wallpaper was peeling and the taps were constantly dripping—not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard.

The cocktail waitresses provided good service, although they could be a little surly at times. We also found the restaurant extremely overpriced, particularly as the steaks were not especially good.

We had a great day and evening all around. I will be back.
Pros:

Hotel ambiance and the Duck Master presentation on Friday night. Bar was well staffed and attentive. Concierge was very helpful. Veal Chop at Il Capriccio was outstanding. Overall, a great experience.

Cons:

Elevators were slow and crowded. But understand given the historic nature of the building.

Pros:

Duck March, room and customer service

Cons:

No refrigerator and microwave included in the room. It was an inconvenience of not being able to bring food back to my room and reheat it or keep chilled after purchasing my food. It created limitations on how I enjoy my meals outside of my room

Joyous stay!
Pros:

Staff were great. In particular, Rocky was so helpful and enthusiastic. Helped us with fabulous recommendations ( Gus’ for fried chicken and more) and helped organise our laundry.

Loved the communal seating area which was very joyous and we were able to socialise and meet some lovely people.

Lovely joyous atmosphere.

Cons:

Location was not in the nicest part of Memphis but it still felt safe.
