Outsanding!
Pros:

What an incredible stay! I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Concierge Level on the 12th floor, and it completely elevated my experience. The service was absolutely exceptional.. every interaction made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The Concierge Lounge and its amenities were fantastic and worth every penny.

The rooftop band was a little loud one evening, but they wrapped up shortly after 10:00 p.m., and it was a small tradeoff for such an amazing stay.

The Peabody truly lives up to its reputation. Between the beautiful property, outstanding service, and unforgettable Concierge experience, this was one of the best hotel stays I've had. I can't wait to come back!

Great experience at one of the South's premier hotels
Pros:

We upgraded to a top floor room when we arrived and it was an excellent choice. Not only did it have a gorgeous view of the Mississippi River but we didn't even have to leave our comfortable junior suite to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks show that was put on down by the river. The upgrade included cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon and a wonderful breakfast hand prepared everyday. Not only was the food delicious but the staff working there were friendly and met our every need. Can't wait to go again the next time we go to Memphis.

Great, loved everything but one very rude staff member.
Pros:

It was a great stay. The fourth of July party on the roof was the best. The employee (Latoya) managing the party was very rude to some hotel guests. I had never witnessed an employee screaming at an elderly guest before. The guest was trying to help her 11yr old granddaughter. The rooms were very nice, small bathroom. The drinks were good, expensive but good. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel; too short a stay
Pros:

The Peabody is a grand, old hotel that includes a quirky "duck parade" daily from the lobby fountain. Everything speaks of elegance, if perhaps a little dated. Everything worked and the staff was gracious.

Cons:

We only had one night, so we did not get to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. The valet parking was understaffed.

Fourth of July customer service fail
Pros:

The room was great the beds were fantastic. But the attention to customer service was horrid. One staff member guiding two lines of people through an approval process for the rooftop area tried to separate me from my 13 yo granddaughter. I told her she was with me and she couldn’t separate us to which she replied while yelling, “you do NOT tell ME what I can and cannot do!” It was an awful encounter. The next day it took an hour to get the car retrieved from valet.
