A beautiful iconic hotel near the river and Beale street. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly.
The bar staff in the bar and the lobby. I expected them to be more efficient and friendly.
The location was ideal for Beale street
We weren’t offered a breakfast option
I love the location. Close to attractions. The motel rooms are very nice and I love the duck decor. Enjoyed watching the ducks arrive to the fountain in the lobby. A must see. Used the spa for a massage. Very nice.
Have to pay for parking and is a walk to get to. Valet parking is available at an additional cost.
Near to Beale street. Beautiful decor and building was very grand. Staff all so friendly.
There was no facility to get fresh water freely.
Everything about the hotel was fab,the history ,the shops etc
nothing
Clean and classy
The area didn’t feel the safest, surrounded by cop cars. Not the most kid friendly. My kids didn’t get to see the ducks so they were very disappointed. The walk from the park garage to lobby is long. Communication definitely not very good.
Beautiful location. They provide a wonderful experience in the hotel and close to anything you want to do while there.
Staff was great
Restaurants were pricey and the food quality was lacking.
A few issues with the shower leaking and our tv not working
It was in walking distance of FedX Forum

Beautiful hotel to stay in and great central location to sight seeing by foot and activities in Memphis. The staff here are really lovely and the highlight is most certainly the Peabody ducks.
The bathroom could be a little more spacious
We loved the whole ambiance, the room we had was beautiful and the service was first class.
We went to the corner bar for a drink and the girl behind the bar ignored us for 5 minutes, we left and went to the lobby bar.
The Duck parade twice a day is a super tradition. The hotel tour by the duck master is a must. A really great guy he is. Rooms were superb. Food was excellent. Staff were great. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Memphis.
Not a lot not to like so no complaints from me. It was a real treat and a little unexpected too which was great.
Arriving on the overnight Amtrak from Chicago at around 6:30am, hours before standard check-in, we were bracing ourselves for a long wait. Instead, we were met with a warm “not a problem,” and told our room was already ready. It was exactly what we needed after a tiring journey, especially traveling with my preteen while we both felt completely worn out.
From that very first moment, the service set the tone for an unforgettable stay, but what truly elevated our experience was Jayda. Her attention to detail, genuine warmth, and intuitive sense of hospitality were simply exceptional. She made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for anticipating our needs, engaging us in thoughtful conversation, and helping turn ordinary moments on the lobby couch into lasting memories. Jayda has a natural gift for service that cannot be taught, and it made all the difference in our trip.
The hotel itself offers so much to enjoy. From in-room dining to a beautiful afternoon tea experience, every meal exceeded expectations. The famous Duckmaster Kenon was as delightful as we’d hoped. His duck march was a highlight, and he even gave my daughter her own ducky and cane, which absolutely made her day. We originally discovered the hotel through a travel blogger, and Kenon kindly took time to record a fun video with my daughter… another special touch we won’t forget. Until next time!!! With hugs from Chicago!
Between the incredible service—especially from Jayda—the iconic experiences, and the hotel’s perfect walkable location in a safe and vibrant area, this trip was truly remarkable. Memphis itself impressed us with its rich culture, museums, and amazing food, but it was the people—especially Jayda—who made it unforgettable.
