The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! It is a beautiful place
Cannot think of anything!
The complementary champagne was above touch
Didn’t have time really enjoy the hotel
The location is truly unparalleled, offering effortless walkability to Milwaukee’s key attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. The hotel itself is immaculate, and my room was maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. It is clear why The Pfister has earned such a distinguished reputation—every aspect of the experience, from the environment to the service, reflects a commitment to excellence.
No complaints -- it was everything I anticipated and more.
It was one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed at, and we've stayed at many. The suite/room was lovely. Very comfortable and clean.
We were in a second floor suite directly above the front sidewalk entrance to the hotel, and over the bar area, and it was not the quietest when we were trying to sleep.
The building is amazing, and the staff is so fabulous. I appreciate the attention to detail and the contact from the butler throughout our stay.
We love the Pfister, the spa, restaurants and lounges. We come here to relax, visit with friends or to celebrate life’s milestones. If we ever have an issue (rare but happens), staff is professional and kind while making things right. We’ll be back! So why not 5 stars? Something new is happening there. A cheap fragrance is being vented through the common areas. Filtering the air would be great. But sending an offensive scent into the air should stop. Hope they make a change. Hotels should just have neutral, fresh filtered air.
The location, and the room, and the accommodations were excellent.
The expresso machine clear container needed a good cleaning!
We love Milwaukee and stay at the Pfister about four times per year. Excellent service and accommodations. This time we requested a fragrance-free room and the first room we were given had too much scent. When informed of the problem, Ethan at the front desk went above and beyond with caring and professionalism. The second room was fine and the rest of the stay was terrific.
It is a disappointment however that the hotel is now using fragrance in their HVAC system. The lobby, elevators, and other common areas reek of cheap perfume. This is the one area in which they could improve.
Everything
Nothing
The beautiful lobby is such a welcoming sight, especially when handed a glass of champagne from inviting staff. Besides the historic elegance of the hotel, the charming bars and lovely staff are so kind and helpful with everything. Our room overlooked Lake Michigan and it was so beautiful. We loved our stay.
Architecture and customer service.
Would be even more amazing if they had a hot tub in the pool area.
