It is a beautiful historic hotel that everyone should stay at at least one time in their life!
Pros:

The property was absolutely stunning! We walked around for hours throughout the hotel, looking at all the old features, beautiful artwork, marble flooring, and gorgeous expensive ballrooms. The Pfister did not disappoint whatsoever! The location was perfect! We spent the weekend walking all over Milwaukee and got to see so much!

Cons:

There is no hot tub.

Cons:

parking - 41 per night, ok, having to pay extra each time you took your car out, not so much. I've been in Chicago and St. Louis. Neither gets you for parking like Milwaukee. Ordered room service, food to salty to eat. The 50$ gift for food paid for breakfast, thanks.

Worth staying for the hospitality.
Pros:

The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind, ready to help, and welcoming.

Cons:

We switched rooms as the first didn’t have a working safe. Both rooms had dusty fixtures and out of place bed skirts / linens. Ultimately fine. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The Pfister is exceptional and we look forward to returning again.
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at The Pfister. The hotel has beautiful old world elegance, it is in a great location, and the staff were all super friendly. We loved the Artist in Residence program that the hotel offers and enjoyed seeing all of the art throughout the hotel. The food in the cafe was great, especially the baked goods which they bake on site.
