My experience was excellent in general. I like how clean the room is, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Although their computer system was down that night, it was not very disruptive, and checking in was very easy. They were ready!
It is not major, but I would have liked in-room dining, and they were not able to accommodate it.
very beautiful historic hotel! 10/10 experience.
there was nothing to dislike! loved everything.
Dragica was very kind at Club Pfister lounge. She was exceptional. All staff were friendly and welcoming from the front desk to lobby bar to Club Pfister Lounge to Blu or tea time or workers. Everyone was great.
That it was time to leave 🤗
The staff was superb! The accommodations were absolutely splendid.
Definitely N/A
Ella in the lounge was the best thing about the Pfister
Fantastic service and beautiful facility
Historic, beautiful, and classy staff.
If you want spa services book in advance - they were completely booked during my stay.
great historical hotel but pool and spa are closed as well as Sunday Afternoon Tea. pre booking this is ridiculous
Over priced rack room but third party bookings are not honored nor hot takes responsibility
The artwork in the lobby is fantastic. Was able to get a great workout in the gym the whole weekend.
My $300 pair of samsung earphones disappeared after housekeeping was in my suite while my son and I was out for dinner. They fixed the bed, put away the ironing board, and cleaned the nightstand (where i last placed my earphones). I had no need for them on this weekend stay so they were there the whole first night. I didn't report it because I use to work at hotels. I know there will be nothing done about it. However, I still proceeded to enjoy the stay here.
My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stay during our trip to Milwaukee to visit family. I was so impressed with the check-in experience when I asked for a quiet room. The front desk folks when above and beyond to accommodate me to find us an amazing room. I get frequent migraines and the care and attention they took to find me a room that was away from the elevator, stairs, and on an upper floor made me feel very taken care of. And it was a sold out week so this was no small feet! The entire stay was spectacular and such an oasis of peace. I think this will need to be our new tradition on where we stay!
A beautiful and welcoming hotel full of surprises. We walked to the Public Market, hopped on The Hop, hit up happy hour at the 3rd Street Market, and caught a concert at The Riverside. Lounged in the Club Lounge for breakfast and dinner snacks.... A wonderful weekend.
Good location. Walkable to most everywhere. Lobby atmosphere takes you back in time. Wonderful stay and experience. Will be back.
King suite is amazing, great jazz music Friday night at Blu, great location, very historic hotel.
Room service was PAINFUL. Both times we called it rang and rang forever and then someone at guest services eventually answered. Very slow and food didn’t live up to what I’d expect at a hotel of this caliber.
