Pros:

I liked the size of the room and the pool view was a nice touch. I did not use the pool but if I brought the kids some time I would.

Cons:

Common areas and halls did not seem as clean. Wished there was an elevator to lug stuff up. Ice machine was broken

Staff, told be l breakfasts ended at 1 time Amy it was actually earlier. Was under the assumption there was no animals.. but they were in the halls by us. Barking.. and in the pool area

Pros:

The pool was always taken over by kids, it seemed like the local pool for families and kids. The beds where uncomfortable, no coffee pot and no elevator, not recommended for seniors or any disabilities. Only positive is close to a lot of stores and restaurant

Reasonably priced and nice accommodations
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The restaurant had excellent food that was reasonably priced.

Cons:

There was no elevator (I was traveling with an older companion). Also, my search showed the hotel accepted pets but when I got there, it said no pets on the door. Thankfully I didn't travel with my dog this time.

Good price, great breakfast - overall decent stay
Pros:

Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Heat/air cond. was easy to use and worked well. The pool and hot tub area were nice and large (although the hot tub jets weren't the strongest). The included breakfast was awesome. Good variety and tasty.

Cons:

Our bathroom had issues: the shower didn't turn on all the way (1/2 of the water was coming out the faucet instead, so not much pressure/water coming out the showerhead). The ceiling above the shower was peeling off. The toliet didn't feel securely fastened to the floor...when you flushed the whole toliet moved. I did report the shower issue when we checked out.

Pros:

There was very little to complain about. The staff was amazing, our room was really nice and had a pool view, the location was convenient, and there was a Starbucks next door. Even the restaurant and free breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were nice and included and game room and pool tables. I usually stay at Holiday Inn's but I will definitely return to their hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Only two complaints were that they don't have elevators and we were on the second floor. When you have mobility issues that can be rough, however, the hotel wasn't aware of my issues so kinda my fault. The other issue was the strong smell of chlorine from the pool. You could smell it throughout the hotel.
