Stilfullt hotell med små mangler
Pros:

Hotellet er veldig rent og fint, og vi var fornøyde med sted og det rike frokosttilbudet.

Cons:

Dessverre var spa- og bassengområdet stengt under oppholdet vårt på grunn av tekniske problemer. Vi fikk senere høre at dette visstnok skjer ganske ofte, noe som er skuffende siden bassenget og spaet fremheves som et av hotellets viktigste tilbud. Et annet lite minus var at “dobbeltsengen” egentlig besto av to enkeltsenger satt sammen, som lett sklir fra hverandre og derfor ikke er spesielt komfortabelt for par.

Echt fantastische kamers! Schoon en prachtig uitzicht. Het eten was lekker.

Cons:

Het was op voorhand niet duidelijk dat we moesten betalen voor het zwembad en de spa. En dat je dat moet reserveren. Dat was voor de kinderen een teleurstelling.

This hotel is absolutely amazing the views are breathtaking I highly recommend it. And the breakfast was to die for definitely book here if staying in Oslo

The first room I was in was facing a wall. But the staff were so kind to upgrade me for free to am absolute amazing room with breathtaking views of Oslo

Very pleasant
Pros:

The staff was very kind. They proposed an upgrade and the room was amazing, top floor with a spectacular view. Breakfast high quality

Cons:

The spa is not free for guests and unluckily underground. I was surprised because they ask you to wear a swimwear for sauna, which is not good for hygiene.

If you look to stay close to the city, this is not your location.
Pros:

I like to say the fact that I left early.

Cons:

The customer service was poor. I was charged twice for breakfast and the room service never cleaned the room. Plus, there’s a £50 charge per pool entry and only 12 people are allowed at a time. Booking.com mot mentioning any of these.

Every time we stay here, we leave happier than we arrived and will definitely come back.
Pros:

Close to ski attractions.
Amazing panoramic views.
Very good breakfast.
Clean and spacious bathroom and room.
Equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Unforgettable nice smell of cosmetics in bathroom, seems like a good quality products.

Cons:

Was very dirty under bed sofa.
Spa is closed on Sunday and opening hours are shorter for my taste.
There’s no slippers.

Bon emplacement mais service générale médiocre, on s'attendait a beaucoup mieux au vu du prix
Pros:

La proximité à la station de ski bien que sans véhicule il faut prévoir 30 a 40 min avec les bus.
La vu sur Oslo

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné très répétitif.
Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées systématiquement et malgré les relances ce n'était pas toujours fait. Lavabo souvent bouché.
L'air est très sec dans les chambres
La piscine est payante et n'accepte pas les enfants moins de 16 ce qui n'est pas marqué lors de la réservation.
Le parking est payant !

Venligt personale og fint ophold med god morgenmad
Pros:

Venligt personale på et hotel med god beliggenhed og meget smuk udsigt - især om morgenen og i klart vejr. I regn og sne ligger hotellet “bare” lidt besværligt oppe på en top.
Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Rene værelser, med fine senge. Nem parkering med mulighed for opladning af el-bil.

Cons:

Det er ærgerligt, at der ikke er et tidsinterval, hvor børn er velkomne i poolen. Værelserne er ok størrelse, men ikke store. Og udsigten fra en stor del af værelserne er ind mod andre bygninger og ikke ud over bakken.
