Best Place in Town
Pros:

Great a location as always. This time we had super nice Bar Keeper who made us amazing Fjellbekk cocktails. We’ll come back defensively. Only the breakfast area is much to crowded. The should open more space for the breakfast time. Some furniture in the rooms should be replaced because of lots of scratches.

Unschlagbare Lage, Mängel bei der Sauberkeit
Pros:

Positiv war vor allem natürlich die überragende Lage mit einem Blick über den ganzen Oslofjord. Auch der Frühstücksraum war sehr stimmungsvoll, leider etwas zu klein, sodass es relativ viel Betrieb war und es eng wurde am Buffet. Das Zimmer an sich war,, obwohl ich eines der älteren Zimmer hatte, sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch der Blick auf die Wand störte mich gar nicht. Man konnte das Fenster öffnen, um frische Luft hereinzulassen. Es wurde auf Bitte auch täglich gereinigt. Das Fitnessstudio hatte eine super Größe und hatte alles, was man sich eigentlich wünschen kann zum Training. Das Frühstück an sich war auch sehr schmackhaft. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der doch sehr gute Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Osloer Hotels.

Cons:

Negativ aufgefallen ist mir vor allem die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Das betraf insbesondere die Flure, die während meines gesamten Aufenthalts – und vermutlich auch schon längere Zeit davor – nicht einmal gesaugt wurden. So lagen beispielsweise Scherben über die gesamten fünf Tage hinweg auf dem Flur. Auch gewischt wurde offensichtlich nicht, obwohl dort deutlich sichtbare Flecken vorhanden waren.
Auch das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht vollständig sauber. Im Waschbecken befanden sich noch Bartstoppeln, an den Fliesen im Bad waren Spritzer zu sehen und ein Wischtest auf dem eigentlich schönen Holzfußboden zeigte, dass vor meinem Zimmerbezug weder gründlich gesaugt noch gewischt worden war. Das ist für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
Außerdem war das Duschgel in der Dusche leer – etwas, das einem natürlich erst auffällt, wenn man sich gerade einseifen möchte. Bodylotion oder Conditioner wurden ebenfalls nicht bereitgestellt, obwohl ich das in einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel als Standard erwarten würde. Diese Produkte mussten stattdessen kostenpflichtig erworben werden. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf.
