Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, es ist laut durch viele Reisegruppen und Seminare.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Holmenkollen war toll.

Cons:

Das während unseres Aufenthaltes gerade das Personal gestreikt hat, dafür konnte das Hotel nicht. Aber die ganze Atmosphäre war inakzeptabel. Der Frühstücksraum war offen gehalten, man kam sich vor wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, zur Abfahrt bereitstehende Reisegruppen, entsprechend laut ging es zu. Die Krönung war aber, dass im Zuge des Streiks zum Frühstück nur noch Pappgeschirr und Holzbesteck gab. Was da eingespart werden sollte ist mir unklar.

Mooi hotel, parkeergarage te duur..
Pros:

Mooi hotel, mooie kamer, schitterend uitzicht over de stad.

Cons:

Er wordt door hotelpersoneel gestaakt (april, mei 2026), waardoor div. faciliteiten gesloten zijn. Bijv. Welness, geen lunch, niet elke avond diner mogelijk. Ontbijt van kartonnen borden en houten weggooibestek omdat er geen afwas gedaan kon worden.
Het personeel dat wel werkte deed erg zijn best.
Verder was het erg duur om in de garage van het hotel te parkeren. Een eindje heuvelafwaarts kun je max. 48 uur gratis parkeren, maar het is een flinke klim omhoog naar het hotel.
Naar en van de metro via een lang steil pad, een aanzienlijke inspanning, waarbij je een goede conditie moet hebben.

voldoende daar we niet de volledige beleving konden genieten

bedden waren heel goed .
aanwezige personeel deed ondanks de staking wel zijn best en was vriendelijk
heel mooi uitzicht , vlot bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer

Cons:

er was een staking bezig, blijkbaar al een maand . Hierdoor waren veel faciliteiten van het hotel niet beschikbaar , verkort aanbod in ontbijt, eten op wegwerpateriaal ...
restaurant ook gesloten waardoor we bij aankomst vrijdagavond reed moesten gaan zoeken voor iets te eten .
Geen tussentijdse cleaning, handdoeken kon je wel bijvragen .
