This was the most professional group I have ever dealt with for a conference. The members were there for contract negotiations for the month of May. The management team could not have been more accommodating. They were flexible throughout the whole process. I cannot thank every one enough for going above and beyond. I would like to give a special thank you to Christiane Tripp, Latonya Barlow and the rest of the team. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!
Had a great evening at this venue. Parking is a little more difficult then I expected with construction and other issues but the hotel itself is a historic gem. Make sure to arrange for a tour with the historian and bellhop as we missed the opportunity but I bet it would be great. Also make sure to walk down the stairs to the Ratskeller as it is amazing if you are into those types of things.
Great experience at the Seelbach and phenomenal valet service with Kim, Areeb and Ilham
It was clean
I called before booking to ensure we were able to do prom photos and was told absolutely since we were a guest. 3 times and 3 different people we were asked how long we were going to be doing photos and that there was a wedding party and that we needed to be out of the way which was fine we had no problem moving when the wedding party came but they were rude about it and one man told us they didn’t like when people booked for proms because only 2 people stay and the whole class and their families come and fill up the lobby. There were only 2 doing photos in our group and 2 people there taking pictures. I felt rushed and like we didn’t matter because there was a wedding! I understand there was a wedding but we were guests as well
What a neat experience! We were here for a business function & were so delighted with our stay! The history was fascinating! And the decor literally transported us back in time. Just beautiful! The staff was so courteous. Even at one point a clerk stepped away from the desk to help us get a photo on the beautiful stairs - and even turned off some of the lights just to make sure our picture was perfect. Unreal. The room was stunning. Please remember this is a very old hotel, so the bathrooms are much smaller than today’s standards, and the shower was very very small. We were on the 10th floor & the water pressure in the shower was very low. But we totally understand. We would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to step back in time and forget the chaos of “normal” life, and just relish in reliving the past.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end! This team knows how to make your event great! From the planning stage to execution, they are friendly, helpful, courteous and go above and beyond. Hospitality at its finest! Thanks to Trey, Charisma, Jeremy and Ceedy for the wonderful experience. We will be back!
Loved the bar and restaurant inside the hotel.
Breakfast was okay but over priced, probably wouldn’t get again.
Vallet staff is rude
Great location
Stopped in for dinner, The Old Seelbach Bar is great. Food was well prepared, service was great, just what we were looking for in downtown Louisville. The lobby of this facility is beautiful!
nothing
spider cobwebs, hard bed , dirty, no free coffee , no free breakfast , small rooms , no microwave , no mini refrigerator.
The Drury Inns are so much better.
Classy yet comfortable.
