I called before booking to ensure we were able to do prom photos and was told absolutely since we were a guest. 3 times and 3 different people we were asked how long we were going to be doing photos and that there was a wedding party and that we needed to be out of the way which was fine we had no problem moving when the wedding party came but they were rude about it and one man told us they didn’t like when people booked for proms because only 2 people stay and the whole class and their families come and fill up the lobby. There were only 2 doing photos in our group and 2 people there taking pictures. I felt rushed and like we didn’t matter because there was a wedding! I understand there was a wedding but we were guests as well

Don't Stay here, unsafe neighborhood
Cons:

The valet doesn’t advise us that our car would be parked in an unsecured parking lot during their possession of the vehicle. Our car was broken into. They also don’t advise they have thefts happening weekly. They discovered the vehicle at 5:30 am, and never advised us until we called for the vehicle at 9 am. Very casually says the car was broken into and he didn’t wanna wake us up. I would have rather been advised. They only reimbursed me the valet charges. ABSOLUTELY nothing done to compensate for our room. Didn’t even show remorse.

For one night it was fine
Pros:

The property is prime location. The lobby is beautiful

Cons:

The room it’s self was very gloomy,our window looked at the building and didn’t have any natural sunlight really, our sheets where dirty, the bathroom had this weird step up and it could potentially be a hazard for some people. Very very small bathroom. Bed was comfy.
