Overall, we had a nice time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was a bit confusing determining the the difference between the two options.

Cons:

We had an issue with the valet service. Our car was broken into overnight. Fortunately Nothing was damaged. On the plus side, they found some of our belongings and refunded the valet fee, but it was very unsettling and confusing as to how could happen.

Pros:

Tiny room, tiny bath for Hilton diamond member. Black mold on shower head. Steak sandwich full of fat. Nice waitor. Staff knocked on all the doors checking rooms at 8am.

Other than my deposit not returned, we had a great stay.
Cons:

I was asked to pay a $50.00 deposit, they said it would be returned to my card after checkout . My deposit was never returned.

A great stay for our Christmas mystery trip!
Pros:

We were there for 2 nights with our senior tour group. The staff was so friendly and would do anything for us. Breakfast was very good -get an omelet - the cook was so nice and made a delicious omelet to start the day. Rooms fit the hotel - vintage and had everything you need - except a refrigerator 🙃.
Be sure to learn the history and tour the hotel - unique and awesome. We will return!

Decent stay, but bare bones
Pros:

Loved the gorgeous lobby, the location, and the historic aspect of the hotel. The staff was so friendly! We even received a personal tour of the Rathskeller and the oak room from one of the managers, Monica who was so nice and told us some great stories!

Cons:

There was no room fridge, the bathroom fan and heat light were broken and made a terrible noise until the timer went off. The walls are kind of thin there, so be prepared to hear your neighbors.
