Wonderful stay but needs hotel flat parking for oversized vehicles only.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Cons:

No hotel property for oversized vehicles that can’t go in the parking garage. The 6’1” height limit doesn’t work anymore for newer trucks. We spent $25 for parking down the block and had to leave. Came back to no parking and had to pay $50 for valet to get another flat lot for us. Other than that, we love the hotel itself.

Wonderful part of our visit to Louisville.
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was exceptional.

Cons:

You had to pay extra for parking but that was to be expected in the downtown.

Overall, we had a nice time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was a bit confusing determining the the difference between the two options.

Cons:

We had an issue with the valet service. Our car was broken into overnight. Fortunately Nothing was damaged. On the plus side, they found some of our belongings and refunded the valet fee, but it was very unsettling and confusing as to how could happen.

Pros:

Tiny room, tiny bath for Hilton diamond member. Black mold on shower head. Steak sandwich full of fat. Nice waitor. Staff knocked on all the doors checking rooms at 8am.

Other than my deposit not returned, we had a great stay.
Cons:

I was asked to pay a $50.00 deposit, they said it would be returned to my card after checkout . My deposit was never returned.
