For one night it was fine

The property is prime location. The lobby is beautiful

Cons:

The room it’s self was very gloomy,our window looked at the building and didn’t have any natural sunlight really, our sheets where dirty, the bathroom had this weird step up and it could potentially be a hazard for some people. Very very small bathroom. Bed was comfy.

It had a lovely atmosphere and the I had a comfortable stay there for one night.
Pros:

I loved the feel and ambience more than anything. Obviously everything was more expensive so we didn't eat there but it looked beautiful. Front desk did give us more coffees for the room and the staff was lovely in general.

Cons:

Apparently a mini fridge was available upon request which is great but I feel like for such a nice place certain amenities like that and a microwave should've been available in the room. No biggie for us cuz we weren't in the room that long anyway.

Wonderful stay but needs hotel flat parking for oversized vehicles only.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Cons:

No hotel property for oversized vehicles that can’t go in the parking garage. The 6’1” height limit doesn’t work anymore for newer trucks. We spent $25 for parking down the block and had to leave. Came back to no parking and had to pay $50 for valet to get another flat lot for us. Other than that, we love the hotel itself.

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was exceptional.

Cons:

You had to pay extra for parking but that was to be expected in the downtown.

Pros:

Midas was exceptional! Very respectful as well as helpful. I wish I had him working in my veterinary clinic. You don’t find just thoughtful and patient employees anymore. He is fantastic!!
