Linden Houses

Rien du tout franchement très déçu j’ai choisis l’option de 4personnes et une fois que j’ai confirmé la réservation ça m’a mis trois personnes donc on arrivant je leurs montre l’option que j’ai payé ils me disent que le système ou je sais pas quoi j’ai payé une petite boîtes pas propre en plus très petit à 500euro très très déçu je déconseille le personnel veulent rien comprendre

It has been three times that I stayed in Linden house.I felt comfortable because the conditions are quite good.The rooms are warm, clean and tidy.The hotel is in a quiet place and in two minutes you are in the main street which leads to the sea side and where are many shops and various bars.You can try delicious food in the restaurants or snack bars that are near the hotel.

Oda biraz küçüktü onun dışında gayet güzeldi

The hotel enjoys an excellent location. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. A truly recommendable place!

Gayet konforluydu.

War jetzt das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft und würde es wieder buchen. Sehr Zentrale Lage in Besiktas. Einzige was stört ist das die Fenster nicht gedämmt sind und der ganze Lärm von draußen im Zimmer ist. Aber für einen Städtetrip wo man eh nur zum schlafen ins Hotel geht ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Unterkunft mit Top Lage! Man ist in 1 Minute in der Innenstadt von Besiktas.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch reibungslos geklappt.
Einziger Nachteil: die Fenster sind nicht Lärm geschützt so dass man alles was auf der Straße passiert mitbekommt.

We stayed at Linden Houses in August 2022 and really enjoyed our time there. First and foremost, the location of the apartment is amazing, it is in the center of Besiktas and considering the crazy Istanbul traffic it’s one of the best places to be. With a quick 3-4 min walk we were able to catch a cab, bus, or a ferry. The AC made a great difference in our stay, Istanbul gets super hot and humid during the summer and without the AC our trip would be horrible. The apartment was really clean and they provided cleaning and laundry services during our stay. Overall Linden Houses was everything what we wanted and more.

Konum olarak muazzam bir konumda. Beşiktaş çarşıya yürüyerek 1 dakika, merkeze bu kadar yakın olmasına rağmen oldukça sessiz, rahatlıkla uyuduk. Oda modern ve raht yapılmış eksik yada fazla hiçbirşey yok herşey olması gerektiği gibi. Araçla gelecekseniz konuma 400-500 metre kaldığı vakit boş bir yer bakmaya başlamanızı tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğimiz kaliteli bir yerdi.

I stayed in Linden for 7 nights with my family. Since it was my first time being in Istanbul I did not have enough information about locations. Linden's location was surrounded with plenty of bars and it was very crowded specially at late nights. so, it depends to your taste to stay in crowded places or not. this apartment has very small kitchen and few dishes ...
it does not have elevator ... it has air-conditioner which is a must for summer days in Istanbul.
Regarding the cleanness, I cant say it was sparkling cleanness but it was just OK. along our 7 night stay we received only one time cleaning service.
everything was just average. Not bad and Not very good just acceptable for short accommodation.
