We love Amway
The location
It was very tired looking and some of the appliances in the room were broken (iron, hairdryer). Our room was also not cleaned throughout our weekend stay. Lobby also has exhibits and a fountain the lobby which are far too big for the size of the lobby and make it uncomfortable and crowded walking through the lobby.
The property is well located. It’s close to food, drink and venues. The property is also gorgeous the Libby is a really cool place to just hang out and look around.
The room I stayed in the carpet was starting to come up in one of the corners.

Waited past check-in time; never received a text when the room was ready; had to go back to the service desk. Elevators were not working. 45-minute wait for valet parking to get the car.
The bed was comfortable. Room layout was weird, kind of small, for the price.
The shower was terrible. For some reason I had a handicap room with a shower that got water all over the floor.
The room was very nice, small, but adequate for our weekend. The facilities were clean and well maintained, modern and updated.
When we arrived to our room, the room was quite warm (we assumed from the afternoon sun) so we adjusted the thermostat to 60° and headed out for the evening. When we returned late in evening, our room was still extremely warm and took until the next morning to finally cool off. I'm talking sleep without any blankets, sweating warm. You stay at a nice place like this to stay in comfort, instead the room was so uncomfortable it keeps you awake. Switching rooms wasn't a convenient option for us due to the time of night.
Location was decent, interiors are wonderful.
Everything was closed, convenience store, restaurants, and amenities were closed. Vending machines not working. It’s a beautiful building but lack of functionality. Staff was not very kind, by the way.

No place in bathroom to put vanities etc. Need more counter space around sink.

We didn’t eat breakfast there. Was it included with the room? If so we were not told that was the case.
Hilton rewards is confusing and I was told I was getting rewards for staying but it doesn’t look like I received any!
Room had a musty smell.. smelled like room had been smoked in, in the past
