Bluetooth key so we could go straight to our room.
Needed more than two towels. Thankfully I was able to text with the staff and they dropped them off while we were at dinner.
The view was amazing and everything was very clean
One of the main reasons we stayed is for our toddler to swim. The pool was way too cold.
It was a beautiful hotel, and very close to the venue we needed to get to the evening we were there!Excellent staff from the valets to the reception area.
We were in room 1581, and the when the fan kicked on, it was really very loud. I like to sleep in the quiet dark. It was dark, but the fan disrupted our sleep.
I was also disappointed that there was only one restaurant available for dinner, then the 90 wait for a table. We did find another restaurant off property, but it would have been nice at least be able to sit in the lobby bar at some pint that evening.
It was absolutely beautiful!!
The front desk were amazing and so patient answering my questions and helping make my stay easier!
Everything was absolutely amazing!!
Location, restaurant options
Rooms were old & needing updating. Weird layout. Stains on carpet & furniture. Makeup on bathroom walls. Old fabric shower curtain. No hot water. I paid way too much for this room for what it was. I’ve stayed at nicer Fairfield Inns!
The hotel was awesome with restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff around the hotel at all times. also the kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts very much. location was perfect for downtown activities.
The place was packed but, their was a large event. For the money the rooms were a bit small/cramped. one of the elevators was down the whole weekend so with the hotel being fully booked it added complications.
Great location, great staff!!
Price, access to Speakeasy was cool, but VERY hard to find!!!! it was super loud for only 2 couples in the space!!!
Old historic great location fancy
An ideal hotel stay. The property is amazing with both it's newer and older halves working well together. The older half, the Pantlind, was one of the 10 best hotels in the country when it opened in 1913 and the lobby is fantastic with with it's chandeliers and fountain. The Lumber Baron Bar is worth a visit as is MDRD, the Spanish restaurant that's on the 27th floor of the newer tower (pro tip - sit at the bar and have tapas). Rooms are comfortable and the view of the river is great with floor to ceiling windows.
The ac/fan was loud. The parking is expensive. You'd have to be really nit-picky to find anything else wrong.
