Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. The room was very accommodating and clean. The staff was excellent!!

Cons:

The only thing I guess you could say was a little disappointing was the pool. The water was ice cold even though outside was blazing hot was not enjoyable.

Pros:

The location was OK. Can you complain that in front in a Popeyes right next-door so there are two places that you can eat and also right across the street there are more restaurants in a shopping plaza.

Cons:

There was no phone located in the room I was in. I was told that a dog had to the core and they had not replaced the phone yet nor was it the cleanest and I did not have a sink or a stove as I was supposed to from where it was showed on the app. It was just a basic room with an additional side that had a chair, a breakfast table, a counter in the microwave, which was nasty. The room was not the cleanest and very noisy at night.

It was ok. Only if the staff was not pressuring on us like she did I would have left happy.

One of the staff members in the front desk were very rude banging on the door telling us about our checkout time when I communicated with them that I will be staying longer and to charge me the late fee and initially told me it will be $40 and then they raised it to $55 the next day. So the communication was false and it was inappropriate of the staff to bang on the door to get us out when we have never had issue and made them aware I would pay the $40 to stay a bit longer but then changed the price later. I was comfortable until we were getting ready to leave she ruined that stay for me and my significant.
