Lock and door knob to adjacent room were busted up and the door knob was barely hanging. Room stayed very cold. You literally had to wait at least ten minutes for the shower or sink to produce water hot enough to actually use. There was trash under the bed. The breakfast downstairs was good but the area was uncomfortably cold while trying to eat

Would highly recommend this hotel…and I’m very picky.
Pros:

Great location, mall, plenty of restaurants nearby. 45 minutes to Louisville Slugger factory and museum and 90 minutes to Noah’s Ark (fabulous, BTW).

The staff makes the difference! Outstanding!
Pros:

Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Go for the breakfast!! Chefs. Pry and Phil are awesome and the other staff are very nice and attentive. Truly enjoyable even though they had to work through the holidays.
