Medical Appointments - Convenient and Quiet!
Pros:

Super happy to have landed here for surgery at UK! We have kissed a few frogs closer to Shriner’s but this is a straight quick shot up Nicholasville Rd and you’re there! Easy peasy! The general manager and head chef (Mike and Mark) go all out in ensuring customers’ comfort and health! We are so appreciative we gave this hotel a chance! Sadly for us, we are frequent flyers to Shriners and UK Hospital, BUT we never have to worry about where we will stay again! It will always be at Embassy Suites Lexington Green!! Thanks so much!

Clearly Better than the Rest!
Pros:

When we first arrived here we were greeted and promptly by Grant and a manager named Mike. the front desk was very efficient as were headed to our room under 30 seconds. When we got to the room it smelled clean and was beautiful! The hotel was gorgeous! It was truly a hidden gem. We had a gentleman named Daja come to the room to help with the TV and he was kind and very helpful as well. There was an event there of some kind and it was alot of fun. The Hoop and Barrel restaurant was delicious as well! The breakfast is always made to order and was exceptional!! We will be back!

for the incredible service I experienced during my stay at your location in Lexington, Kentucky. As a 20-year Army veteran who recently lost my home to a fire, I was struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, and stress. However, your entire staff welcomed me with open arms and compassion that surpassed all understanding.
From the bar staff to the front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, kitchen staff, and management team, every single one of you made me feel seen and valued. Your kindness and courtesy were phenomenal, and I truly felt like I was treated like family.
While there are too many names to mention individually, I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you. You truly transformed my hotel experience into the best I've ever had.

Overall the rooms are in major need of an update. We did let the staff know of the issues and they were very understandi

Lock and door knob to adjacent room were busted up and the door knob was barely hanging. Room stayed very cold. You literally had to wait at least ten minutes for the shower or sink to produce water hot enough to actually use. There was trash under the bed. The breakfast downstairs was good but the area was uncomfortably cold while trying to eat

Would highly recommend this hotel…and I’m very picky.
Pros:

Great location, mall, plenty of restaurants nearby. 45 minutes to Louisville Slugger factory and museum and 90 minutes to Noah’s Ark (fabulous, BTW).
