My four grandkids said they would sure stay there again.
Pros:

Kids loved the indoor pool. We loved breakfast, nachos and ice cream bar. They also had washer and dryer available.

Cons:

Pool was not heated.

Would Definitely stay here again
Pros:

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful had lots of choices. Had evening ice cream with toppings and nacho and cheese with chili if you like. Clean and very comfortable room.

Cons:

Was a little confusing how to get to location at first, but was easy to get around after that, some of the side streets were closed off but you could still get where you needed to go.

I’ll never ever return to this facility. Racism will always exist.

The breakfast was great!

Cons:

I am appalled by the lack of care shown by your staff after my daughter was injured by glass on your premises. Not only was there zero effort to accommodate us or check on her wellbeing, but the staff’s demeanor was accusatory and cold.

To make matters worse, we became aware that another family reporting a similar safety issue received a discounted stay, while our concerns were dismissed. This unequal treatment and lack of basic empathy is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. I expect a formal response regarding this safety lapse and the poor service that followed.

Pros:

Very nice staff and updates.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like really. Maybe more selection for breakfast food. The floors in the room seemed sticky. But everything looked clean. Staff was nice and welcoming.

Pros:

Good location, nice staff, clean rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was bad and milk was spoiled. It was 25 degrees outside and when we entered our room, the A/C was on and it was freezing! Took a couple of hours to warm it up.
