Pros:

Location, clean, friendly staff

Cons:

Several things not working (water fill station, ice vending machine, very noisy refrigerator in the room, air-conditioner was erratic). The only way to get water was to buy bottles. At breakfast (very basic but alright) the juice machine wasnt working. The location is quite convenient so the upkeep will be very helpful. Upon arrival, its nice that there is a refreshing drink available but just clean water without sugars would be more welcome.

We loved the breakfast which was excellent.

Cons:

The carpet at the hotel entrance was not clean, and the carpet on the luggage cart was also dirty. The elevator carpet was dirty as well, and the waiting time for the elevator was quite long.

Cheap. Clean. Comfortable. No frills, pretty basic.
Pros:

Cheap 2 or 3 star motel for one night. Expectations were minimal but bed was comfortable, room was clean and generally quiet location.

The pool. Beds we're comfortable.

Cons:

No ac in one room. After they sent someone to look at it, he had to convince the front desk to change rooms. Also breakfast was somewhat strange. The eggs were a solid item. Looked like plastic eggs from a kids play set. Think flat white circle with yellow center. Never saw that before.

It is a good place to stay by a reasonable price.

The breakfast was standard but rather good. The location was good. The room was clean. I was satisfied by the conditions provided by hotel.
