Pros:

I was desperate for a room when a plane I’d been taking was diverted to Anchorage. This hotel had good availability, was spacious and had all the necessities. Pleasant staff and free airport shuttle.

The hot tub wasn’t working and our room wasn’t ready at 3:00 pm. The counter lady told us to go maybe get food while we wait, but their food wasn’t even open.
