Everything was good wouldn't go again because of parking cost and cruise and stay wasn't honored.

I loved the location very close to Bourbon St

Cons:

You have to pay valet $55 a night. They don't offer park and cruise like they say even though I booked that particular room.

The hotel is quote loud,in terms of room door are so heavy so every time someone goes out of any room.on floor you could heat it very loudly.

Good stay but check your the fee they charge once you leave.

The location was convenient for all of things that I wanted to do while in NOLA.

Cons:

I was disappointed to be charged fees that did not apply to my stay, such as parking fees even though I did not have a vehicle ($200+). When I called to address the issue, the manager informed me that their system was down and assured me they would contact me once it was back up. However, I found that explanation confusing because she was asking me for information and verifying the details I provided during the call. I'm not sure how the system could have been down if she was able to access and verify my information. Unfortunately, I never received the promised follow-up, and will continue to follow up
