If I visit again I will be staying here.
Pros:

The breakfast was so yummy. The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Any question I had about food in the area, they had great advise on where to go. When asking staff about the trolleys and buses for the down town area or about getting to the zoo, they had the answers.

Don’t sleep on this place!
Pros:

Clean, well-staffed, and perfectly located next the St. Charles line! Breakfast is very delicious and worth giving a try! The swimming pool was well-maintained during our stay. Friendly and helpful staff! Best of all it’s very quiet at night!

Pros:

Courteous staff and clean rooms

Cons:

The employees were courteous and helpful. However, there is a lack of communication amongst the staff. I would be given instructions from a prior shift and when I would follow up like I was told to the new staff had no clue what I was talking and the process would need to start over again. This happened 3 separate times. It quickly showed a pattern. This made things more complicated and stressful on top of dealing an medical situation. Also we had a very hard time communicating with the cleaning staff. They knew no english and would just giggle when asked a question.

Would definitely stay here next time in NOLA.
Pros:

Location, location, location! Walkable to Magazine Street with restaurants and shopping. In the nice, quiet Garden district. Breakfast was standard Hampton
Inn fare but kept hot and plentiful. Coffee pots were always full and hot.
