Great staff! We checked in late, there was an issue which was resolved quickly.

The coffee maker was broken.
The TV was slanted because it only had one set of leg bases.
The fridge had a missing leg.
The hair dryer didn't work.
Only had 1 large towel.

Pros:

The staff and the America's best value inn is amazing. They are wonderful and friendly other guests were kind and courteous

Cons:

Even though I called before reserving the hotel, to make sure the pool was available the pool was closed when I arrived. We also had ants in our hotel room though. We did leave the birthday cake out on the table overall the hotel room was clean and after cleaning up the cake the ants did calm down The staff was extremely friendly and made up for the lack of amenities overall a great stay for a good price

What breakfast? Desk Clerk that they have not served breakfast for several years! Third party showed breakfast when ordering room. Somewhat disappointed.

Absolutely Nightmare Experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was moved four times because the conditions were so poor. Between a broken shower and a mattress that was so worn down it had a giant "body-shaped" crater in it, the furniture was clearly decades past its prime. The worst part was the smell—it was a heavy, alarming scent of decay. The state of the mattress and the odor were so bad it made me question the safety and history of the room. Management offered no help, so I left and demanded my money back.

Some insects that were found by my Walmart shopping bags and in the bathroom. The only food I had was a bag of grapes that were on the counter top with no insects. I want to truly think that these came in the shopping bag. They were odd looking insects.
