Love this place and wish all hotels were this clean and friendly!
Pros:

Convenient location, very clean, most friendly staff we’ve encountered in quite a while. Cannot say enough about them!

Cons:

It’s a little loud at night due to highway noise but once asleep I didn’t notice it.

Pros:

Ms. Donna greeted me in the most polite way.

Cons:

They advertised an indoor pool and when we arrived it was closed for maintenance. I was looking forward to swimming.

Staff was attentive

Cons:

I got STUCK in the ELEVATOR twice and had to use the stairs. Thank God, I was on the second floor. Only one elevator was working with a Hotel the was full to compacity, not good.

The elevator was broken and we had to haul luggage up 5 flight of stairs.
