The shower was filthy, the building itself was in disrepair and not kept up. The toilet ran all night and kept us up. Overall the entire place felt dirty and run down.

All in all it was a nice place, we would recommend for just a couple or a family with 2 young children.
Pros:

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean. The view was exceptional. The location is awesome, close to several restaurants and shops. We requested help with the TV’s and maintenance arrived faster than expected and quickly fixed the problem. The pool was nice, the path to the beach was really nice. Housekeeping stopped by to see if we needed anything daily which was nice.

Cons:

The room was smaller than pictures showed. The Bunk beds were very small, my 9 year old fit just right. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The fold out coach needs to be replaced. It Was lumpy just to sit on and the bed was awful.

I would love to stay again maybe with 2 bedrooms
Pros:

I was a little worried about being so high up but it was ok. Our room was clean except for the sofa bed, there were some hair underneath the bathroom sink on the floor. There was some type of smell in the bathroom, not too bad just maybe need some upgrades. Small toilet, you have to hold it down to completely flush. Showers were clean and I enjoyed the hot water and beautiful clean kitchen. Friendly guests, friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were clean and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I also loved the sound of the ocean at night from my room.

Cons:

We weren’t able to sleep on the sofa. When we pulled it out there were used Kleenex tissues in the pull out bed, that really disgusted me so I just folded it back up.

Everything was GREAT overall! just wish they had better parking.
Pros:

It was clean, close to town, right on the beach, they come daily to check on you! i’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

Parking!! very limited parking for a full sized suv.
