The hidden Italian gem on the Adriatic, a place you must go when you have seen enough dirty, busy cities!
Pros:

The location is excellent, walking distance to all the prominent city sights, and across the blvd from the Gulf of Trieste, so in our case we had an excellent view to the water from our balcony. It is quiet, even though the blvd is busy, because the high quality windows and the door to the balcony are very quiet. The staff is very helpful, breakfast is extensive, and the hotel is spotless. Last but definitely not least, the hotel interior is absolutely gorgeous, in the high style of the Austro-Hungarian empire. As a bonus, Trieste is a hidden gem, beautiful architecture everywhere, no grafitti in the main area where we stayed, lots of pedestrian-only streets, great shopping, and very good restaurants, all within a short walk. Wonderful experience in every way. Make sure not to miss the Castello Miramare, which requires a cab ride.

Good location, noisy rooms

Fantastic location on the seafront

Cons:

The internal sound proofing was not good; we could hear the clients in next door room sneezing and doing video calls. The external street window sound proofing was ok. Inferior quality toilet paper 😳 somebody in the procurement team needs to sort it out!!!

Da kann man schon einen romantischen Urlaub mit dem Ehepartner verbringen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Blick aufs Meer, Angenehmer Balkon, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Noch besser wäre das Zimmer mit einem Boden gewesen, welcher kein Teppichboden ist. Aber natürlich Geschmackssache.
