Was advertised as breakfast included. Receipt said breakage included. Upon check-in sked what time breakfast was served and was told 7am to 10 am. Passed buffet area seemingly used for breakfast. Arrived to breakage at 7:10, nothing there but did pantry to buy items to eat sight out a staff person. told to go the bar as it is "made to order". At the bar was given a menu and told that it was full cost. Returned to front desk, waited for staff, once found she insists no breakfast included. Provide the receipt with "breakfast included"" clearly identified. Staff reluctantly said "wellI I needed to see that and then was provided a voucher for $15. Bhaskar sandwich $13, ordered while we were the only people in the restaurant and it took 40 minutes to arrive.
You have to fight for what you paid for and then if traveling you will be delayed substantially.
Everything was clean. Had trouble with operating the Television but that was the only downside. Other than that I plan to stay again.
Television prompts confused the hell out of me. Please simplify. 😆 Off..On..Channels & A sound. That's all 😆
My room that was offered was supposed to be an Upgrade room and I unfortunately never received that. Secondly the room that was offered had multiple lock and security issues because our cards were not working- and the door lock was unlocked/broken so anyone could just waltz right into our bedroom. After being moved the room was fine however we then were missing our furniture/ No Chair or Living room couch so we also weren’t able to lounge or sit while in the room unless in the bed. just a bit unfortunate and these things weren’t really rectified other than a 10$ discount on the nights stay.

Housekeeping didn't come in with fresh towels for second night stay. Need tables in suites so you can play games/cards
Janae the front desk clerk was wonderful.
The room had not been properly cleaned. Old take out bags could be found behind the fridge, and jacuzzi tub had hair in it.
