Pros:

Un séjour correct, mais quelques points à améliorer

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à quatre, avec deux adultes et deux enfants. La chambre était équipée d’un grand lit matrimonial et d’un canapé-lit. Le matelas du grand lit était confortable, en revanche le canapé-lit l’était beaucoup moins. Il présentait notamment des creux importants : les deux enfants, installés chacun d’un côté, s’enfonçaient tellement au milieu qu’ils se retrouvaient presque l’un dans l’autre.
Il présentait des espaces et des trous dans lesquels les enfants s’enfonçaient, ce qui était assez gênant et pouvait même devenir dangereux.
La chambre était relativement propre et, bien que basique et pas très grande, elle était suffisante pour y dormir à quatre. Les draps et la salle de bain étaient propres. Seule une serviette présentait des traces marron assez suspectes, même si elle semblait par ailleurs propre.
La climatisation était assez bruyante, ce qui est dommage, notamment la nuit.
Concernant la vue, nous avions une vue sur sur de grandes bretelles routières, des grands immeubles et une zone assez urbanisée. Ce n’est donc pas la plus belle vue, mais nous ne venons pas à Gênes pour rester dans la chambre.
L’accueil était en revanche très professionnel. La personne à la réception parlait français et anglais et nous a très bien expliqué tout ce qu’il y avait à savoir. Les ascenseurs sont également très pratiques, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine située au deuxième étage, qui est un vrai plus.

Pour le parking, le fait qu’il y ait énormément de places disponibles sur plusieurs niveaux en sous-sol est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons toujours réussi à trouver une place et l’accès au parking ainsi que les entrées et sorties se font sans problème. En revanche, le véritable point négatif est la taille des places, qui sont vraiment minuscules et clairement pas adaptées à des voitures basiques.

Enfin, l’emplacement est à prendre en compte.

Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé dans le monde je ne pense pas que cette hôtel est un 4 étoiles….

La propreté avec des poils sur le lit et les toilettes….le confort des lits, et les places de parking qui sont très petite pour avoir payé la place de parking en supplément….. la climatisation qui coule juste au dessus de vous à l’entrée de la chambre avec une flaque d’eau par terre…. Très dangereux.

Séjour agréable personnelle d’un très bon professionnalisme.
Pros:

Le parking permet de passer un séjour agréable sans se prendre la tête sur le lieu de stationnement car pas de place pour stationner les véhicules autour de l’hôtel.

Cons:

La suite manque de finition à certains endroits. Les toilettes étaient endommagées par l’usure et la douche s’évacuait mal donc inondations de la salle d’eau.

Der Pool war sehr angenehm und das Frühstück lecker.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage tropfte in einer Nacht und es bildete sich eine Pfütze auf dem Boden. Es war zufällig ein Mitarbeitet auf dem Gang, der sehr hilfsbereit war und das Problem abstellte.

Pros:

Mooie moderne kamer

Cons:

De locatie is een groot minpunt. Het ligt tussen 2 drukke wegen. Tevoet +-30 min van het centrum. De parkeerplaatsen zijn vrij klein.
