Cons:

De kamertemperatuur was 26,5 graden. Dit was niet te repareren of te regelen maar een lagere stand van de airco. Het bleek de standinstelling van het hotel. Ik kon niet slapen en werd er ziek van. Een andere kamer had geen zin. Daardoor een dag eerder weg moeten gaan. Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij Booking.

Location was great. Right across the street from the train station. And had A/C which made it super comfortable in the heat. Plus wash cloths!! Only European hotel I’ve been in that actually had wash cloths.

Cons:

Not really a proper place to hang clothes. There was a tiny area that felt like an afterthought.

Amazing location, brilliant hospitality
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing of Geneva, and the surrounding area. Close to the train station, though never hear them.
We had a suite on the 8th floor which was spacious, clean and all the facilities needed.
The views from the top floor were amazing, especially for sunrise and sunset.
The team at reception were polite, helpful and great to talk to. Especially Luis who was always smiling and wanting to help.

Great location and hospitality
Pros:

The hotel is at a great, central location, right next to all transportation, and a few minutes walk from the lake and the bridge. Next best location would be near the old city, but the reservation prices were too high there, so, the next best, more economical, is to stay to that central area. The hotel is great, quiet, extremely clean - as new - and with very helpful and friendly staff. I don't know about the breakfast as we didn't choose to have it.

Cordialità dello staff, ho potuto ricoverare la mia bici in camera.
Ottima e varia colazione pagata a parte
Tutto bene in camera e bagno

Cons:

L’hotel si trova davanti alla stazione Cordevin, quindi l’ambiente circostante è adeguato al luogo.

⭐ Perfect Location and Excellent Hospitality in Geneva
Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Bernina Geneva and found it to be an excellent choice for exploring the city. Its location is one of its greatest strengths, directly opposite Geneva’s main train station and within easy walking distance of Lake Geneva, the Old Town, shopping streets, restaurants, and public transport.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with recommendations and any requests, making me feel welcome from check-in to departure.

The hotel offers great value for its central location, and the convenience of having trains, trams, and buses just steps away made getting around Geneva effortless.

I highly recommend Hotel Bernina Geneva to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Geneva.

My Hotel Bernina Geneva Sojourn
Pros:

The Hotel is excellent for prospective visitors in Geneva. Its location from the airport is incredible! Imagine one stop using the train from the airport! The Hotel staff are awesome, always on point.
