My daughter and I really enjoied our stay in Geneava.
Pros:

Close to the railroad station. The stay includes the cost of public transportation throughout the area. Including to the airport. The staff treated us exceptionally well.

Very convenient location, clean and quiet!
Pros:

So convenient to the train station and downtown. Quiet room and very clean. Hotel has been updated. Access to plugs in room easy. Coffee in room at no charge.

Cons:

Rooms are small but that is expected.

Gutes und ideal gelegenes Stadthotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel Bernina ist ausserordentlich gut gelegen und mit Zug/Tram hervorragend erreichbar. Für Autofahrer von auswärts bietet sich das P+R Sécheron an und von dort per Tram in das Stadtzentrum. Alle Plätze und der See sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
Grösse des Zimmers und Badezimmer sind ausreichend. Die Betten gut und kostenloser Kaffee und Wasser vorhanden.
Freundliche Mitarbeitende.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte zwar Kleiderbügel, aber keine Aufhängevorrichtung.
Das Zimmer war schon am Vormittag frei und konnte bezogen werden (Kleiderwechsel, Gepäckablage) und trotzdem wurde eine early-check-in Gebühr erhoben. Das ist zwar korrekt, wäre aber nicht nötig und hinterlässt einen fahlen Beigeschmack.

Comfy stay close to the heart of Geneva
Pros:

Nicely sized room, nice location, good air conditioning in the room, pretty good view out the window.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator in the hotel which can be kind of slow.

Location (near lake).

Cons:

They say a nearby public parking lot is available for guests, which is true. But it's impractical / inconvenient for that purpose, because you can't get back into the lot and your car, without paying for the space and leaving. So you have to take ALL of your baggage in one trip. You can't go back for more later.
