There was hair on my wall shower. Alerted the staff about it and nothing was done about it. I am a bald man so I know I did not have hair missing that was long. Worst was that nothing was done about it when asked to clean my shower again.
Location
Sticky floor, shower little bathroom, water in shower did not just go down , standing water. No microwave. For the price it was not good
Location - across the street from the Fox Theater
The bathrooms were tiny!!

Bathroom cramped but adequate size.
The location
When I checked in, I wasn’t made aware of the exact details of where I needed to park. Hours of breakfast, WiFi or how anything worked just not pleasant.
Close to GT. Great receptionist. Gave me the room relatively early so no need to wait.
Bathroom is tiny
My great experience began before I even checked in. I was receiving some important mail at the hotel on the day of my arrival and I called prior to make sure this was ok. Don at the front desk assured me it was fine. While in flight, Don called and left me a message telling me it arrived. I got to the hotel and when I presented my name, it was Don at the front desk! He greeted me warmly, gave me my package, and throughout my stay has been wonderfully helpful when I had questions about the area and those driverless Ubers! The bed is ridiculously comfortable and I enjoy my view out my window. I’m very happy with my stay, room, and staff here.
Last month (January 2026) I was being treated at Emory University Hospital in a series of two cancer surgeries to save my life. The surgery was scheduled for 6 AM so I booked a stay at the Hotel Indigo Midtown, walking distance from Emory. However, as my medical bills ballooned (they now exceed $110,000 of which insurance will help for an unknown amount), I decided I needed to try to save money to pay my medical bills. So, five days before my stay, I was able to find a room with a friend in Atlanta and I canceled my room at Indigo, assuming I would get my money back. Once I did this, my email receipt indicated Indigo was going to charge me anyway because their policy was that you must cancel a week in advance to get your money back. The Indigo chain website says this: “A typical cancellation deadline, for most hotels, would be the day prior to arrival.” But the small print at the bottom of my confirmation email noted the week-long cancellation policy for the Atlanta Midtown, which I missed in the in the midst of me reeling with a cancer diagnosis, multiple surgeries in a far-away city, and spiraling medical bills challenging my budget.
Discovering I was going to be billed anyway, I checked the Indigo Midtown hotel reservations and discovered they were full again -- the room I had cancelled had already been rented again. So, I contacted with the Indigo. I think I spoke with a Michael, describing my circumstances, and was met with an attitude that I received as cruel indifference. They had re-rented my room, I had cancelled 5 days in advance (which is acceptable at most Indigo hotels), and this person offed no sympathy, nor the easy and humane resolution of a person trying to deal with a life-threatening situation of reimbursing me at no loss to their hotel. I would not have cancelled the room had I known I would be charged anyway. I spoke with Michael's supervisor and that person indicated she would back to me with a resolution, but he never did.
So I was billed by Hotel Indigo for a stay I had cancelled 5 days in advance, in addition to my huge cancer debts, despite that they had re-booked my room resulting in no financial loss to them.
I very much hope readers will consider this when deciding where to stay in Atlanta, and that the Indigo chain management will note this about their Atlanta hotel. I hope you are proud of yourselves Hotel Indigo Midtown.
Excellent room, small but very clean, bed was very comfortable. Centrally located, walking distance to many nice restaurants. I highly recommend it.
The staff! They were all very friendly, available, and quick to respond!
Room was clean, bed very comfortable, bodywash and hand soap was really nice. Desk clerk Don was exceptionally nice though the others were nice as well. Location was great! Enjoyed the front porch.
Could have used a little more light in the room. Pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked. One chair in the room was not adequate for two people. Bathroom was a little too small and was surprised by that.
Location
Smaller than expected
The location
It was extremely hot & the bathroom was incredibly small
Comfy bed. Very nice staff. Great location. Nice size
No free breakfast! Not even coffee in the lobby
Excellent location
Room didn't have a closet! Also, lacking desk space. And staff had an issue with providing iron.
The location was perfect! Secure parking, and very clean! Bed was so comfy!
The bathroom was TINY! I am 5’4 and 130lbs, and it was so hard to move around in there. Smaller than a camper bathroom!
The location was very convenient for our plans - we went to the aquarium and a college visit at Georgia Tech. Parking was convenient and check-in was easy. The overall decor in both the lobby and the room was very appealing.
Based on renovations of the original building, the bathroom - while updated well - is extremely small.
