The property was not well maintained, they had dead bugs in the room. Smell was so strong that they’d tried to cover up the smell of mildew. You could tell they had water damage, there was dirt inside the bedding.
Price and location
Beds are old but decent. Property definitely needs a renovation (PIP)
The breakfast was very minimal. I had instant oatmeal with yogurt and a waffle
My room had live and dead bugs in shower area. Some dead bugs smashed against wall. The faucet on sink sprayed out on me. A fine stream but continuous. This room next to outdoor metal stair. Very loud.

Location is great and staff was very friendly as well as a clean establishment which is what keeps me coming back to this location however issues as listed below may change that with the price of a stay the pool would be great.
The air in the room didn't seem to work very well and it stayed very warm in the room, the room had alot of gnats in it which is a first as I have stayed at same location 4 to 5 times in the last year the staff when I checked in told me the pool was available but closed at 10pm and would re-open the next morning into which the pool was not available at all yet again which all 4 to 5 times I have stayed here the pool has not been available which sadly at this point may be a turning point to stay at another hotel unfortunately with the price paid for 2 night stay every time and not have what is being listed available upon booking is getting a bit old.
