The desk clerk was doing her best to make it right

The room is old, spooky, and just uncomfortable
The evening staff worker name Lisa was very helpful and courteous. Treat you with kindness and respect. The morning worker has a problem with his unprofessional attitude and not wanting to work with senior from outer town. He needs to learn how to bend and be flexible with the customer. Either you got lazy house worker and or he needs help dealing with senior citizens.
The hallways are dirty with can, bottles and trash all over the place.And you need security to handle your noise guest during the evening and night time.

Everything. The shower curtains and windows curtains had mildew. The front cover was off the air conditioner and the air conditioner was leaking. The towels were dingy and disgusting. The pool was out of service and the racist person working the desk thought everything was funny when I was complaining about these issues. The mattress cover was disgusting. Looks like it had blood from bed bugs on it. The refrigerator was rusty and the vents were beyond filthy. Looks like feces was on the shower curtain as well and the toilet seat was not screwed on tightly. The continental breakfast was Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran, coffee and apples, no juice at all.
The location was good to where i needed to be and the bed was clean and comfortable
Could have better up keep outside. Could have better cleaning in the rooms as cleaning was spotty some areas didnt look cleaned do to spider webs and dirt in areas the small refrigerator in the room had mold in the small crisper the TV was dated and had a few black lines from top to bottom but in all it wasnt to bad but definitely could have been maintained better
After seeing the condition of the place we left soon that morning
Everything after being so discussed we decided to leave as soon as we could
The hotel room,the area of the hotel,the smell inside the room,no premium channels,the non-confidential breakfast and the telephone did not work
This hotel is in serious need of renovations and proper maintenance. The property appears run-down, and the condition of the rooms is unacceptable. The bathtub and shower area were in poor condition and looked unclean due to rust. Several electrical outlets did not work, making it difficult to charge devices or use electronics. Overall, the hotel has significant maintenance issues that need to be addressed before I would consider staying here again. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. But it seem like they were supplied with limited cleaning products and tools.
The hotel also advertises a complimentary continental breakfast, but there was not enough food available to accommodate all of the guests. Many breakfast items ran out and were not replenished, making the experience disappointing.
Overall, the hotel has significant maintenance and service issues that need to be addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here until substantial improvements are made.

Didn't like the Rooms and Bathrooms wasn't what I thought will they would be!
Nothing! Absolutely horrible
The first room they assigned me had stains on the sheets. When I notified them, they gave me another room that was worse. The floors, walls, and doors were filthy. I tried to swifter them and the cloths were black with dirt as if they hadn’t mopped in months. There was urine on the floor around the toilet. The bed sheets were also stained and had hair on the sheets from previous guests. I asked the front office for a refund and they told me they would reverse the charge but it would be up to BOOKING.COM to put the funds back on my card.

Our Room Had A Odor, The Air Was Good. My Husband Killed (2) Flies In The Room.
Bathroom was nasty. Black mold on the ceiling, no stopper for the tub, toilet seat was broke.
