Cruise bound stay
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful /knowledgeable (Alex).
Breakfast was great with many options.
Had a shuttle you could pay per person to cruise terminal.
Room had refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

Not enough toiletries. At least 1 set per guest is expected.

Pros:

Everything about the property was Amazing!! The from check in to check out was so wonderful and stress free.

Cons:

There’s nothing negative about to say about the property. The only thing I didn’t care for was the man who checked us in and out, wasn’t very pleasant, sounded like I was talking to a robot, there was no welcoming personality, felt like he had a debt to settle with me and I went to pay my bill before I got my key card. The housekeeper Rosa, was amazing she went above and beyond for us and our room. Iam already planning on booking the same room for a future stay. The breakfast buffet was simple and easy simple assortment, perfect for a family meal or just a quick coffee

It was close to everything we went to go see.

Cons:

Our mini fridge was not working. Our sodas were still warm. Also in the bathroom, there was a long black hair in the tub. I have brunette hair.

Was way beyond my expectations
Pros:

The check in was great and the desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great. The location was central to everything I wanted to see. The parking garage was gated and I felt my car was safe.

Cons:

The desk person did a good job of explaining the parking gate process for the garage but It was a little tricky until you've done it once.
