The location was great! The breakfast buffet was above expectations with a great staff and great food!

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the cost of having laundry done. But this is an easy fix in the future.

1 / поставить пепельницу в курилку, которая как бы не курилка, но все курят и бросают бычки в горшок с цветком.
2 / странное пожелание: додумать дизайн и удобство конвертов под ключ~карты. Каждый раз доставать ее в лифте ~ неудобно.

Staff, food, location, room are all nice.
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent, walking distances to many restaurants and malls. The staff was very nice kind and nice, the room was spacious and clean. I had breakfast and lunch at the ginger restaurant and the food was delicious and there was a wide variety of choices.

Cons:

The gaps in the bathroom door may not be sealed properly, sometimes leading to leaks. The interior decoration is a bit outdated but overall, I think the hotel is very nice and I would come again next time.

Pros:

We booked the twin room, and the hotel told us it will be allocated based on availability, that was a little strange as I was travelling with my adult son. In the end, the hotel gave us the room as requested with an upgrade. That was a nice gesture. The service staff were awesome as usual. Always accommodating.

Oh yes! There's a wonderful bar in the hotel, Beer Republic. There's an excellent selection of draft beer. I would travel just to drink at this bar.

Cons:

Its really central and you don't even have to leave the area if shopping is your thing. The jam is a monster though, coming from the airport and waiting for your grab can be a wild experience. It took 30 mins for our grab driver to even reach the pick up point.
