I am writing to express my utter disappointment and disgust regarding my recent stay at your establishment from January 9th to 11th 2026 What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a nightmare that I will not soon forget.
Upon entering my room, I was greeted not by comfort, but by filth. The bed sheets were covered in blood stains, an absolutely unacceptable sight for any guest. I was horrified and, frankly, appalled at the state of the bedding. Instead of finding a clean and inviting atmosphere, I was met with a room that was nothing short of a health hazard.
Due to the unsanitary conditions of the room, I felt I had no choice but to leave and sleep in my car on your property for the duration of my two-night stay. This is not only unacceptable but also a gross violation of the basic standards of hospitality. I expected, at the very least, a clean and safe space to rest, and I received the complete opposite.
Given the abysmal state of my accommodations, I demand a full refund for my stay. The experience I endured was not only distressing but also entirely unacceptable for a hotel branded under the IHG umbrella. I am deeply disappointed in your establishment and will not hesitate to share my experience with others unless this issue is resolved promptly.
I look forward to your swift response regarding my request for a refund.
I also want to note I called from 7:00 in the morning till 5:00 in the afternoon every 30 minutes to talk to someone in the phone just ring and ring very unprofessional.

I am a repeat customer to this hotel when I travel to ATL for business. I return because I like the ambience, location, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I'll be back a few times in 2026.
P.S. Close to Jubilee which has several restaurants and some shopping including a CVS for anything forgotten in packing.
Wish there were refrigerators in the room however, I bring my Yeti cooler and the hotel provides ice. That issue is remedy with knowing and planning.
Convenient and unique
The staff were exemplary. They were so polite and helpful. The lobby is very cool and inviting. They have a cute little store where you can get a little treat or snack. I liked how the balcony doors opened easily. The TV had a good range of premimum channels as well.
No microwave in the room
The location, room comfort, and the staff were all outstanding.

We had no heat in the room and temp outside was in the 30’s.
Such a “warm” positive vibe. The upbeat music choices, friendly staff, the decor, cleanliness, 12:00 noon check out, free parking, nice inviting pool , NEW pool furniture, fire pits and Adirondack chairs. Very much a comforting, upbeat, home feel.
The Public House is terrific!!! The breakfast and service is really unmatched. We LOVE this place when we come to Atlanta!
In our room, the toilet was jammed right up to the counter at the sink??

Absolutely beautiful looking lobby & pool area
but the hot tub spa part of the was a let down as it was not in full working area , was put off by the geust ice area & shower in room had black mold + room did not cool down.& tv remote had a chunk missing on it.
Beautiful decorations.hotel and the rooms , bar & seating areas nice, close to alot of restaurants. Crossing roads can get a bit hectic
for the price i would stay again + not having a refrigerator in the room was a disappointment
Front Desk very welcoming and helpful
Hospitality staff are very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. Weekend housekeeping is limited and because of that our room was not serviced until late Sunday evening. I would stay again
Lovely hotel in the center of Vinings. Walk to dining and shopping.
The only thing they lacked was refrigerator in the room.
