A true 5 star gem
Pros:

It’s a proper 5 star hotel with attentive staff and a special reach out to Eduardo from Peru on reception. A real character. We enjoyed the on site restaurants and spa and staying in such an historical building gave a lovely vibe to the whole stay. Also amazing breakfast!

Cons:

Just one slight complaint was that the tap water isn’t great and it would have been nice to have complimentary water in the rooms every day.

Buena salvo los inconvenientes ,

En general me gusta el trato , el lugar tranquilo .
Las instalaciones . El personal .

Cons:

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes;
-un día no hecha la habitación
-otro día sin toallas
-el aire acondicionado en la habitación no funcionaba bien
-no reposición de jabon en la ducha
Es un alojamiento caro para que sucedan estos hechos

Très bel établissement pour une pause royale

Très bon petit dejeuner de qualité et tres bon resto pour la demi pension

Cons:

Notre chambre etait séparéede la chambre d a côté par une simple porte et comme le voisin etait bruyant ce n etait pas appréciable

Gilt als bestes Hotel in Las Palmas und ist das wirklich nachvollziehbar. Tolles Hotel und tolles Frühstück. Restaurant Poemas sensationell.

Cons:

Das Themenrestaurant 1890 La Bodeguita kann umgekehrt mit der sonstigen Hotelqualität nicht ganz mithalten.
