Pros:

This place is disgusting. No hotwater, when finally got it ran out. Tv did not work no channels actually worked. Electrical issue with switches, wires hanging from ceiling in hallways. Worn out everything. Would never recommend this place for anyone.

Pros:

Arawa has the potential to be a great hotel, compared to most in the area. It is dated, but has the large corridoors, large and grand dinning area, bar, and lobby areas, but lack decor, more art work on display like major large size d hotles have. Its bare basic, bordering on bland, not even music playing low in the back ground as you enter and walk around the halls.

Bottom of bathroom door was swollen with moisture and didn't close properly. Showers were like warm the night we arrived but hot in the morning. Room was hot when we checked in. Apart from this. It was the good room service, late checkout, and breakfast buffet made it worth while. For the price we paid this seemed fair. We would come back again near future.

my family had a wonderful stay at Arawa Park, all staff were so helpful and friendly, room was very spacious for our family of 5, clean and tidy, beds were super comfy! restaurant buffet breakfast was great too, will stay again

Incredibly spacious room. Buffet breakfast was great. The property is very tired and could do with an upgrade. But for the price, size of the room, ammenities and included buffet breakfast it was great value for the price.

The rooms are very much the same since I last stayed 20 years ago. Dated but still usable.

The ceiling had water damage and the gib plasterboard on the ceiling was exposed.

The shower door wouldn’t s close properly.

The hallway is very loud with people opening and closing/slamming doors from the hallway and then unfortunately the hotel was getting renovations at that time the noise at 8am disturbed us.

Still a good hotel and affordable for a quick stay over.
