I loved the stay at this hotel but they should improve their customer service
Pros:

It was calm and clean!

Cons:

The day I booked I requested a free crib, I also called and the agreed to arrange it for us. Since we were checking in late in the night I texted the hotel again in the earlier in the day to remind them about the crib. But when we arrived the staff that checked us in was a bit rude and didn’t want to help finding us a crib. We had to co-sleep with the baby in the bed (knowing our infant, it was a stressful night).

But the morning staff was very cool and found us a crib.

Very poor won't do it again
Pros:

Very Very ....poor bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in, told person at front desk nothing changed, no room service, not changing bath towels when request ,wouldn't empty trash, bathtub floor was soft wouldn't drain tub properly , find better place , cobwebs in corner bathroom doors were dirty.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Pros:

This places seems like it was Motel 6 and kicked out of the brand due upkeep and then was purchased by the current owners and then given some lipstick. Everything was ran down. Staff acted as you were inconveniencing them during check in.

My stay was horrible!!And China A . the manager was rude and not concerned about my situation.

I didn’t eat breakfast

Cons:

My fridge had old trash. I had a busy schedule so i didn’t get to. call front desk . I really didn’t want yo use the phone. Didn’t look clean. And we never seen people at desk. I had to get the China to come to the desk as she was in dining area chatting with another worker posted behind a wall. This was when I checked out and expressed my concerns. As she told me I should have said something. She was unprofessional and made the conversation uncomfortable as if I shouldn’t have told her the issues

Cons:

The facilities are falling off like I had to switch my room three times just because they weren't clean and the room that I settled on wasn't clean either the tub didn't drain, it's a prime example of any bath fitters didn't work. I I changed my own sheets because I was tired of moving around. It's an early and late checkin/out fee, crazy asf. I expect a lot out of Hilton especially the way that their rewards system works anymore and I don't know if it's worth it to stay here just being honest

great service people, terrible hotel
Pros:

I can't believe this is a hilton. Ray at the desk, and the young lady working the resturant are the only good things. First room the curtons were ripped, stains everywhere, no digital thermastate. Asked for another room and got upgraded which was great but sheets are threadbare, stains on mattress, stains on floor, bathroom had someones toothbrush in it. What a dump, i guess I will have to start reading reveiws before I stay at a hilton. I am a freaking gold member too.

A stay that felt like survival
Pros:

I liked location (near airport with driving to the airport every 30min) and drivers were so friendly and helpful

Cons:

The security in the hotel is very poor. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I had to sleep with the lights on and place small objects on the door locks so I could hear if someone tried to enter my room while I was sleeping. I also had to lock my suitcases every time I left the room so my belongings wouldn’t be stolen. The windows in the room don’t open, and the staff told me they keep them locked due to security issues. The reception staff is not very helpful; if anything, they seem to want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. Overall, it’s a very unsafe place.

Find a better Hilton in Elk Grove then this one
Pros:

Do not stay here. The hotel is under
Construction which isn’t the problem with it. The problem with this hotel is dirty and the name Hilton should be taken off of it. As a diamond member for 12 years, this is the first time I am using the 100% satisfaction program. The staff isn’t the nicest at all and I am very patient of a person. We were treated like crap at the breakfast one morning and everyone else of the same religion was treated like gods. Never asked if we would like coffee or anything. The gym was dirty for days the same towel sat there and missing equipment or not working have the stuff. My wife found a huge pile of someone’s hair in the stairs and reported to help but the front desk manager rolled her eyes at her. It’s also right under the flight path for landing so you will hear every plan. I wish someone would have done a review about that.
