מלון מצויין ונוח עם בעיית רעש מרכבות ומטוסים. למרות שיש לציין שמ12 בלילה ועד 6 בבוקר אין רעש רכבות.
Pros:

אהבנו את החדר, נוחות המיטה, המקלחת, השירות, ארוחת הבוקר והקירבה לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית.

Cons:

את הקירבה לרכבת משני צידי המלון ו המטוסים שנוחתים בקירבת מקום מה שגורם לרעש גדול בכל מיקום במלון.
הקושי המרכזי הוא הרעש.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per partire con lo Shinkansen, a pochi passi dalla stazione quindi nel giro di pochissimo si è a bordo del treno (la partenza dal centro risulta molto più complicata). È l’unico motivo secondo me per alloggiare in questa zona. In ogni caso abbiamo trovato un simpatico ristorantino nei dintorni, ci sono dei locali per la sera.
Camera pulita e confortevole. Colazione buona.
Personale gentilissimo

Cons:

Ma perché far fare il checkin con le macchine automatiche se serve comunque il supporto del personale?!?
Treno praticamente in camera… la comodità della vicinanza alla stazione si paga col rumore dalle rotaie!

Great Stay. Felt welcome!
Pros:

We did not like the room at all and the location, but we can say the staff in this hotel are 100% amazing. We ended up liking our stay because we were treated very nicely, they made us feel relaxed, they even gave us recommendation! What a wonderful people.

Cons:

It's a pretty standard room, you can hear the train all night, it's a long walk from the train station, plus dragging suitcase it's not ideal. the bed is very uncomfortable, it feels like plastic.

nothing around. it's just a normal neighborhood, no konbini nearby.

Eines meiner Lieblingshotels in Japan
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und der Frühstücksraum bot genug Platz. Auch die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse angenehm groß. Die Nähe des Hotels zum Bahnhof Shin-Osaka ist sehr praktisch, da man leicht in die Innenstadt oder in andere Städte wie Kyoto oder Kobe fahren kann. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Aus Umweltgründen wäre es schöner, wenn es für das Frühstück richtige Tassen anstatt Pappbecher geben würde. Das W-Lan war stellenweise etwas langsam.

Hotel was about 5 mins walk from Shin Osaka station. Breakfast was complimentary and they had a good spread. The hotel staff were super friendly. The room was pretty spacious by Japanese standard

Excellent stay, and is definitely where we'll stay again for our next Japan trip.
Pros:

Great location, close to the Shin-Osaka station (where you ride both the Shinkansen to other cities and the Midosuji subway line which you use to get into the main Osaka area).

I would choose this area over Namba or Umeda due to how easy it is to commute and it's also much less crowded. Great for using as a base when you want to visit other nearby areas (Himeji, Kobe, Kyoto, Nara).

Staff were the highlight as they were always very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and were cleaned everyday (unless you opt out), the size was great even for two people with big luggage - the layout of the room allows you to move stuff around like the table and chairs to make space for your things. Breakfast everyday is included, and there's a cafe space where you can eat your own food or just hang out. Wifi is also provided, with a laundry (coin operated) on-site.

Cons:

Nothing really stands out as "not liked". This is Japan so don't expect some American style hotel room in terms of size. Note to other travellers - you're in Asia so expect Asian-sized spaces. Even given that, the room is a very good size (we had the Queen bed which was an actual Queen size).
