A comfortable hotel close to the Shin-Osaka station with friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and polite, always helping when required. The hotel is in a great location to Shin-Osaka (for the Shinkansen). There are also some nice local restaurants a walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The WiFi was not good - it worked with poor loading speeds and would drop out. It appeared to work better first thing in the morning. I ended up using my mobile data for better WiFi.

清潔で気持ちいい滞在のできるホテル
Pros:

MAPを見た際は、駅からはなれているかな？と思ったのですが、実際は非常にシンプルな道で近いと感じました
お部屋も清潔で、高層階でもシャワーの水圧もとてもよいです
スタッフのみなさんもとても親切で感じのよい対応をいただきました

If you are saving money, I guess you can try this one
Pros:

The proximity to Shin Osaka station is great if you plan to do daily trips to Kyoto and other cities.

Cons:

The room was small, the bathroom smelled bad (sewage smell!), the toilet had leftover dirt in the nooks and crannies, the rug has seen better days.

A well located and comfortable hotel with amazing friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a quiet location close to Shin- Osaka train station, a few minutes walk away. The staff at reception who spoke and understood English went out of their way to assist us with any queries. We were greeted warmly whenever we entered the reception area. The room was comfortable, spacious (for Japan) and clean. An Asian and western style breakfast was served each morning which included good variety and plentiful food as well as cold water, iced tea and a good coffee machine available at all times. We would happily stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Deuxième fois dans cet hôtel est toujours très satisfait, chambre spacieuse avec café, thé, coffre fort, salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire, literie très confortable, ménage et lit fait tout les jours, pyjama à disposition dans le lobby, petit déjeuner très bon occidental et asiatique, le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute pour vous rendre service ils nous ont rempli le formulaire pour utiliser le service Yamato, expédier nos 3 valises à Tokyo en nous les gardants 3 jours gratuitement, l’emplacement est parfait à 400 m de la gare Shin-Osaka où partent tout les trains et le shinkansen pour aller à toute les destinations souhaitées et l’aéroport, si vous allez à cet hôtel la sortie de la gare est central exit. Malgré les trains et les vols d’avions dans le quartier l’hôtel est super bien insonorisé aucun bruit perturbant dans la chambre.
Je remercie toute l’équipe de l’accueil pour leur gentillesse. Si on reviens à Osaka c’est sûr ce sera cet Hôtel rapport qualité prix imbattable.

The Comfort Hotel Shin-Osaka was a great place to stay during our visit to Japan. The staff was great always there to either greet you or to say goodbye. The room was comfortable and clean every day fresh towels waiting for you when you get back from daily tours. Short walk to subway. Will stay again when back in Japan. Ps the free breakfast was great as well.

Cons:

Only issue no English TV when winding down for the day
