Ist okay.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Shin-Osaka Bahnhof und die Möglichkeit die Koffer abzugeben vor bzw. nach Check-In und Check-Out.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem staubig, das muss seit Wochen nicht mehr gereinigt worden sein. Menschen mit Allergie oder Asthma können hier nicht übernachten.

Pros:

新大阪駅からめっちゃ近い！！
ホテルの従業員の皆様も、朝も夜もめっちゃ丁寧な接客でした！めっちゃ素晴らしかったです！！
荷物も泊まる日の朝から、チェックインの前からでも預かって貰えるので、新大阪駅からどこかに遊び行く時も、ホテルが近いのでパッと行けてとても便利です！！
ホテルの中もベットがめっちゃ良くて、
旦那も家に帰ってもあのベットが寝れるといってました！

Cons:

朝ごはんに白ご飯がなかった。
雑穀米だったので、白ご飯も別にあっても
良かったと思う。
あと朝食会場のスペースが狭く、
隣の方の咀嚼音が聞こえて嫌だった

Pros:

Es gab jeden Tag leicht unterschiedliche Angebote beim Frühstück. Allgemein gab es eine große Vielfalt am Buffet. Das Hotelzimmer war gut und die Aussicht war OK. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich durchgehend zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste eingesetzt.

Cons:

Im 2. Stock gibt es drei Waschmaschinen. Die waren oft alle belegt.

Good location close to Shin Osaka station.

Cons:

TV in our room didn't work either for VOD or mirror from phone. After a long day sightseeing, we just want to relax with a movie and recharge for the next day, but this wasn't possible and between language and technical skills, staff weren't equipped to sort this out.
Toilet was not clear behind seat.
No hot chocolate in the beverage machine (was an option in the kyoto hotel) and no complimentary snacks in the evening.
Though the free breakfast is good.

スタッフの対応はよかった。

Cons:

連泊したので、コーヒーカップの交換や、メモ用紙の追加をお願いしたが、テーブルの上に、上向きでコーヒーカップとグラスを2個づつ置いてあるだけで、所定の場所にセットされていなかった。

A good, reasonably priced hotel option for Osaka.
Pros:

We shipped our bags to the hotel and they were ready to pick up when we arrived. The reception staff helped us ship them to the next destination as well. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of items and the breakfast room was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a washer/dryer available. I got change from the front desk and did a large load of laundry. The washer/dryer instructions were easy to follow.

Cons:

It's a bit of a long walk from Shin Osaka, but not long enough to justify a cab. I'm glad we shipped our carryon bags so we didn't have to manage them as well.

Das Stadtzentrum von Osaka ist in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar
Kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt
Schlichtes, aber vielseitiges Frühstück
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Der automatische Check-in ist unnötig kompliziert und erfordert häufig die Unterstützung des Hotelpersonals.
Am Check-in-Automaten ist keine Zahlung mit einer digitalen Karte möglich. Wer keine physische Zahlungskarte dabei hat, kann dadurch vor erheblichen Problemen stehen.

Clean, very conveniently located business hotel, excellent for shinkansen users.
Pros:

Location near Shin-Osaka station was extremely convenient for shinkansen travelers. The Queen-size bed single was relatively big for a business hotel. Room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a business hotel. Coffee and tea available all day in the "library cafe" in the lobby.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit hard to find from the station as it requires going through a couple of underpasses and along pedestrian-only roads (Use the directions with accompanying pictures on the hotel's official site.) The area around the hotel is quite dark and quiet at night, so keep that in mind if you are traveling alone. Small humidifiers for the room are available at the front desk, but the one I used seemed old and made weird burbling sounds all night.
