Hôtel de luxe chaleureux mais quelques déceptions
Pros:

L’hôtel villa est extrêmement agréable. Il est beau sans être ostentatoire, très chaleureux . Les membres du personnel sont formidables . Le bar - restaurant Igiea permet de passer une soirée hors norme .

Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il disposait d’un jardin et d’une piscine . Début février la piscine était fermée ce qui est normal mais nous pensions qu’il y aurait des transats pour se détendre autour. Nous avions prévu de nous reposer dehors , lire , autour de la piscine ou dans le jardin mais il n’y avait rien , contrairement aux photos sur le site .
L’autre probleme a été le bruit des portes des chambres qui claquaient… Il n’y avait pas de double porte dans les chambres et comme nous ne pouvions pas nous reposer dehors nous sommes restés un peu dans la chambre l’après midi et nous avions un concert de portes qui claquaient en fond sonore . Peut être mettre un système aux portes pour qu’elles ne claquent pas .. ou mettre une porte entre l’entrée de la chambre et la chambre .

I want to move in and live here forever.
Pros:

The most beautiful property, but beauty supported by exceptional staff and service. Every detail had been thought out, and before you even think of something the staff have read your mind and have it ready for you. The drivers were excellent, the breakfast is sensational, the cocktails and bar the best in the world and a fabulous way to see Palermo.

Cons:

We had some rain. But given that is beyond the control of the hotel, who provided umbrellas at every possible place you need them Also the oranges need it, so i guess not a fault at all.

L’hotel più meraviglioso della nostra vita

Uno dei soggiorni più belli della nostra vita.
La Villa è incantevole d’epoca con un interior design che ti trasporta completamente nel passato, abbiamo dormito nella camera con vista mare ed era un sogno.

La colazione è la più deliziosa che abbiamo mai provato in vita nostra ed il cocktail bar è qualcosa di spettacolare.

Lo Staff, La reception il concierge, le ragazze della Spa e Fitness centre hanno un applome una delicatezza e un occhio di riguardo in più verso il cliente grazie alla loro professionalità, capacità e bravura ci siamo sentite davvero a casa.

Una delle strutture più rilassanti, scenografiche che abbia mai provato. Era tutto perfetto.

Assolutamente più che consigliato, provatelo perché è un esperienza unica nel lusso e nell’eccellenza alberghiera italiana.
