Commercial vehicles unloading at early hours

Automatically controlled AC which the temperature could not be lowered or operate at maximum making the room uncomfortable

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. Les chambres très propres et confortables. Les produits de bain à disposition. La grande salle de petit-déjeuner. Le service de bagagerie.La qualité du personnel d'entretien.

Cons:

Le thermostat qui s'éclaire tout le temps et qui empêche de dormir (heureusement un agent est venu l'occulter avec du scotch).
Un bruit récurrent la nuit, comme une alarme (côté cour). Donc 2 désagréments empêchant un bon sommeil.

Würde es wieder buchen, Turin kann ich nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Sauber, zentrale Lage, ÖV innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichbar… Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe… Restaurants mit sehr guter Bewertung in der Nähe…

All of our special requests during our stay had been fulfilled. E.g. we asked for an extra blanket on the first night, within 5 mins an employee brought it to our room. One of the receptionists, Francesco, was very kind to us. My daughter is learning Italian and he was very enthusiastic about helping her during check in to complete her sentences in Italian, very patiently waiting her to finish them. He recommended various attractions around the city, which were very enjoyable for sure.
The room and the food were both excellent, even with a vegan diet, we were able to eat a lot for breakfast.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for people who prefer to walk through the city, as most museums were only 15-20 minutes away

Cons:

There is not much that we could mention here.

Pros:

Hôtel confortable et de bon standing, notre chambre était parfaitement propre et insonorisée. Rien à redire non plus sur le petit déjeuner très qualitatif.

La chambre qui donne sur la cour intérieure. Réveil tous les matins vers 6h30 avec le va et vient des chariots, des poubelles … . Pas très agréable pour des vacances
