Why a wonderful experience. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Breakfast is over the top. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Blackout curtains so you can sleep in. The staff is professional and caring. Our room was serviced twice a day, and always fresh. Will only stay here when in Palermo!

I stayed at Hotel Des Palmes in Palermo from December 10th to 15th, 2025, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
The rooms are excellent, very clean, well maintained, and with high-quality amenities. The gym on the top floor is comfortable and a great extra for a city-center hotel.
Breakfast was very good—every morning my omelette was perfectly prepared, and the staff were always kind, attentive, and smiling.
A special highlight was the Santa Lucia celebration on December 13th, beautifully organized and full of atmosphere. It really made the stay memorable.
The hotel is beautiful, elegant Belle Époque style, full of history and emotions, and perfectly located in the heart of Palermo. The front office team was always friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out.
A truly special hotel that makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended, and I would be happy to return.
