Pros:

The room was good, the personnel was lovely and really helpful . No parking but the valet took care of my car

Cons:

The breakfast at 7 (could be 06.30, it would be perfect).
The share space could be a little more modern furnished

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Hôtel classique mais accueillant, doté d’un service conciergerie particulièrement efficace . L’emplacement proche du théâtre Massimo en fait un site à privilégier. L’Hotel se trouve à quelques pas de l’une des rues les plus renommées à Palerme pour la présence des enseignes commerciales réputées.

Un luogo storico sospeso fra storia e realtà !
Pros:

Il personale in reception (in particolare Vito )
Gentilezza , riservatezza, disponibilità professionalità sempre in ascolto e sempre pronti per qualsiasi esigenza.
Qualità del cibo a colazione eccellente .
Luogo magico , storico e accogliente ben curato.

Cons:

La famosa libreria interna era chiusa al pubblico per lavori purtroppo .
La selezione dei the’ in camera dovrebbe essere uguale a quella della colazione, per il livello della camera ( invece il the’ in camera è commerciale da banco del supermercato/the’ a colazione ottima
Qualità ) .
Ottima disponibilità di acqua in camera (3 bottiglie )
Mi spiace che non sia previsto un cadeau / omaggio alla partenza sarebbe bello un qualcosa di tipico, ma anche dell’acqua brendizzata andrebbe bene,
il livello dell’albergo lo consente .

Magnifique. Emplacement en plein centre. Personnel très sympathique et disponible.

Cons:

Manque peut être un SPA ou une piscine ? Un service de restauration de nuit plus complet (carte limitée après 23h) aussi.

My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The hotel provided a very high standard of choices and service. Our room was very spacious as we stayed in a deluxe room and the location is very central to all of the main sights and shopping in Palermo.

Cons:

I don't have any negative comments as I enjoyed all aspects of my stay.
