We can't give this hotel enough praise.
Pros:

There was nothing to fault about this hotel. The breakfast was superb, the staff were excellent and the location was a city hotel - perfect.

Fantastyczny, luksusowy hotel..
Pros:

Przepiękny i bardzo elegancki hotel, fantastyczna obsługa i świetna lokalizacja. Śniadania pyszne, kelnerzy bardzo pomocni i kulturalni. Pokój sprzątany dwa razy dziennie, z miłą niespodzianką każdego wieczoru.
Żona podczas naszego pobytu obchodziła urodziny i dostała od hotelu bardzo miłą niespodziankę. Z największą przyjemnością tam wrócimy i każdemu polecamy to luksusowe miejsce.

Pros:

Steps from the tourist areas. Helpful staff, from check in/out to breakfast to late night bar! Comfy rooms- best shower, lovely toiletries, heated towels, even the toilet paper smelled amazing! Terrific gym!

This hotel was the best hotel we've ever stay at!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience. All the staff were so accommodating. When we were in the lounge having drinks, Peter was so kind. He didn't rush us when it was closing time. Highly recommended hotel!!

Relaxing Palace Vibe with the Nicest Staff!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, every staff person was professional and pleasant and efficient (especially Pietro for our evening cocktails!).

In addition, the hotel was immaculate and beautiful and one of the most relaxing ambiances I've experienced. Hint: The off season is a wonderful time to visit! We went in February!

Beautiful Hotel, Good Location!
Pros:

This hotel is located in a good location in Palermo, easy walking distance to restaurants and the Opera House. The public areas are beautiful; breakfast was served in a gorgeous space and was a fantastic buffet with everything imaginable. The hotel room, although comfortable, was nothing special as far as the furnishings were concerned and the view was not great. However, it did have a large walk-in shower which we appreciated after climbing over the high European tubs in other hotels. Staff 3as friendly and accommodating. Definitely a good choice!

Tutto perfetto! Camera bellissima e luminosa. Molto ben riscaldata, super pulita. Letto molto confortevole. Bagno pulitissimo con doccia mega. Set di cortesia di ottima qualità. Un complimento speciale a tutto Il personale, straordinario per la disponibilità e gentilezza. Posizione eccellente. Colazione di eccellente qualità.

Cons:

Aggiungerei una luce sopra lo specchio del bagno.
