The staff was rude on the my last day

Very disappointed

Location was good.

Cons:

After getting here we found out it is an extended stay. The sheets on the bed had what looked like poop on them, not a stain.

will not return , not worth the price
Pros:

Room was nice sized

Cons:

Was older , carpet was matted and dirty beds was not queen size but full , bathroom was tiny could not close door without getting into tub so the door could swing
Was charged extra for not checking in on time even though I contacted the property 24 hrs in advance

it was sad that the hotel fell short with its amenities & cleanliness. would NEVER take my kids back
Pros:

i liked the size of our room & location of the hotel itself.

Cons:

our toilet didn’t work upon arrival & when we told the staff they said there was no one there to fix it so it never got fixed our whole stay. Our room fridge had old food from the last person who booked it & when i turned on the heater, it started blowing out black ash that was getting everywhere, that was accompanied by a burnt smell. none of our concerns were fixed during the stay.
