Cons:

I was given a room with blood stained sheets and bugs crawling. Showed hotel staff the video and was informed that I booked through 3rd party (booking.com) and was not eligible for a refund. Was told they can give me another room (which was no way better) or I could leave without refund and go somewhere else

The room had a lot of damages to the ceiling, the walls and floor insect inside of the room. Carpets needs to be shampoo. It gives the room a bad odor and yes, I understand. It is a smoking room.

Needs a little TLC, but overall it's a great price!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and towels and bedding were very clean. Price was a good value for my stay.

Cons:

The floors were very dirty (feet and socks were BLACK after walking around), there was drip marks on the walls that looked to be from a dog lifting its leg, and there was what appeared to be feces on the pull down blind for the window. The rest of the room was clean and well maintained.
