There was NO toilet paper when we arrived.
There was NO coffee machine.
Extremely loud AC/Heating unit.
The pillows were child size.
The sink was stained and cracked.
There were only two kitchen type chairs.
The walkways were disgustingly dirty.
We didn't dare eat breakfast there and left early to eat elsewhere.
It looked like homeless types were sitting around the filthy pool when we arrived.
The entire property is rundown.
We have never been so disappointed in a Days Inn property.
That they had HBO and a full sized refrigerator
Lit confortable.
Room was musty and smelled like smoke. Staff were very friendly and polite. Would need lots of improvement before I would stay there again
Staff was fine, facility was terrible, you can only put so much lipstick on a pig, left after 1 night. Never again, I’ll sleep in my car first.
It is a dump. I thought I had booked a 4 star but it turned out to be a 2 star. It was in a safe and convenient location But in disrepair. Toilet didn’t flush, drains didn’t drain, aging, dirty carpet, electric outlets didnt work. The beds were clean and appeared new. Front desk was helpful and mived us to a room that had a working toilet and no odors.
Close to Port
We only stayed one night. We checked out Saturday morning. We are expecting a refund for Saturday night.
No elevator to bring bags upstairs. Exterior of the entire facility was dirty. The room air conditioner left a musty odor. Late arrival for first night or I would have left. Cancelled the second night. Cannot recommend this hotel.
Did not stay here it was a terrible room and wasnt tge room I reserved
This facility should not Be a hotel no longer they should knock it down. It smells. It’s infested. It’s disgusting. Do not stay here. They really need to upgrade this or let it go.
Room was disgusting, humidity in the room, and roaches were in there. The beds were damp from the humidity. & water was on the furniture from the humidity as well. it was very uncomfortable and you could tell the rooms had not been cleaned this was after i moved rooms cuz a bed hadn’t been made. i ended up just leaving and going to a nicer hotel. still waiting on a refund
Hotel was in need of renovations, pool area concrete broken up, pool itself was very dirty ( I was hoping for a swim- no way). Looks like there are long term residents staying at the hotel, some were drinking before 8am outside. Breakfast very poor, very little choice.
Check in and check out were great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The fridge was very cold and kept our food and drinks in good condition. The a/c was also very good. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very firm so I didn't sleep well. I know mattresses can be very expensive, but maybe the hotel could invest in mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable.
Unfortunately, this place is a real dump. In my couple of days staying here, I saw - roaches, garbage all over, a broken door just sitting outside of a room for days. The sink, bathtub and toilet backed up every time I used them. There were disheveled people hanging about all over. And, oh yeah, the cops came at some point for some kinda incident. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The people were lovely, but that doesn't make up for the state of the place.
My room was dirty and outdated. The AC were leaking from the crawling out to the parking lot. Beds smelled like mildew. Shower head was leaking too. Lobby area was horrible
Total dump. The lobby door is broken, this should've been our first sign to not stay but we already booked and it was non-refundable, drug dealing, tv want even plugged in because the power cord wasn't close enough to the plugin. They brought us an extension cord. The lamp shades are covered in mildew and mold. The bathroom door won't shut without force from all the layers of paint. The frig had mold in the freezer. Clearly it wasn't working. The dresser was worse then a free one on the curb. The room stunk so bad we had to have the AC on 65 to help with the smell. We won't even think of using the shower. If expect this at a $39 night room not $150. We got the he'll out when the drug deal went down outside in the courtyard. The grab and go breakfast was nasty. The prepackaged pastries were clearly old the glaze/frosting was all melted and watery looking like they came from a discount bin of discount bakery. Do not stay here!
When we arrived the front desk person wasnt sure if our King room was ready, then said it wasnt because the tv was broke. Put us in a double, which im sure we didnt get money back. Went to the room and it was the most unbearable smoke smell, the tv was broke and the fire alarm chirped every minute. We spoke to the front desk and they put us in another room which was marginally better. The hairdry was pulled out ot the wall and the tub was stained terribly. The next day we asked for 2 extra towels since we only had 2 and the desk clerk said they were all in the wash. They said they would bring them to the room but that never happened. Far into the night i could hear their dryers going and it sound like there were coins rolling around with it. All and all it was just bearable. Never again will we stay there.
Breakfast was continental mostly danish or muffins coffee juice. No buffet type breakfast. Place was clean. Didn’t use pool the water was not very clean.
This location seemed very poorly kept. All room doors are located outside. People staying in outside areas. Didn't feel safe.
