Pros:

The room was clean, neat, and well presented. There was a small hole in the bottom of the bathroom door but I didn't notice any other damage. I wasn't disturbed by noise. The breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast but a good one at this room price point. I was looking for an inexpensive room but I was a little leery of this hotel because of some of the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! If I need a room in that area again I will stay there.

Cons:

The desk clerk at check in could have been more personable but he was professional, efficient, and capablely got me checked in.

Nothing!!!!Couldn't even shower blood bugs old urine on toilet!I even walked to gas station to use bathroom cause ours was DISCUSTING GROSS NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! GLAD WE DIDNT GETBED BUGS PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR!

Good Price; however, note it is extremely dated and not nearly the quality of a la quinta.
Pros:

The price and location to Red Rocks was awesome.

Cons:

It was very dated. The pool was drained, the elevator didn't work, electricity was out when we got there and couldn't check in. Rhe breakfast selection was a disappointment compared to other La Quintas wr stay at.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Dirty, terrible breakfast, filthy and drained pool. Unhelpful staff and requests made were never resolved such as fridge not working properly. Management went MIA due to fact tv stopped working and power issues numerous guests asked for early checkout and they pretty much fained ignorants.

Smelly, dirty felt unsafe. We didn’t stay. We left, changed to another hotel and canceled our other nights.

The customer service was great

Cons:

It was run down, the pool was not open and we were unaware of this. The main entrance smelled weird/awful. The elevators did not work, maids were sitting in rooms on their phones and their carts were completely in our way when we walked by. When we got tour room, the bedding was dirty, it smelled like smoke and something trying to cover it. The tub had stains on the bottom that were brown. And my child saw body imprints on the headboard! Front desk was so kind. When I walked in to check in it looked like a manager was telling someone how to dispose of something while cleaning and he was not quiet about it.

Pros:

A disgusting hotel there was either dry blood or poop stains in my bedding. I stayed for a week and the water was out four days out of that week. The room smelled bad. This place is the definition of being cheap is expensive.

Try somewhere else.
Pros:

Only stay here when you need to. Bathtub was stained yellow on the floor of it. Clearly wasn't dusted. Cleaning crew even left some items behind from the last stay (or another stay, not sure).

Bad experience at la Quinta
Pros:

Not clean or kept up in the room or around the facilities. There was a strong smell, water damage, towels from previous guests, brown dust on the crown moulding. I was supposed to be charged $75 deposit but then was charged the deposit plus the room fee. I was then charged the room fee again the following day.

It was close to where I needed to go back and forth.
Pros:

Rooms were quiet considering how full the hotel was with state baseball and track teams.

Cons:

Floors in the room were gritty and very dirty. I spilled water and when I cleaned it home the towel was black. The tiles in the shower were busted in around the faucet.
