Nice polite staff! Rooms were clean.
Only issue i ran into, room 205, no hot water.
I have stayed in several La Quinta hotels with complete satisfaction. However, the stay at this Denver location hotel was horrible. 1st- the initial room assigned to us was unclean- body "hair"on bedsheets and bathroom floor, along with well used mattresses (sagged in the middle) including a large stain on head side under the padding placed on one of mattresses; 2nd- when asked for new bedsheets was told they didn't have any extra and housekeeping was gone for the day; 3rd- offered new room, unable to access due to continuous key issues; 4th- assigned another room, was cleaner than the 1st room, however, dripping faucet and 2nd day ended up with a cold shower while taking my shower: 5th- other than one attendant, poor customer service; 6th- 2 elevators, however, one out of service, only one available other side of hotel: 7th- after being gone for the day, arrived back to hotel only to find key cards non-working, even after making it a point to ensure not placed w/cell phones, or any other potential magnetic devices. Went back to customer service for new keys and attendant insinuated it was our fault. We had 2 keys, 2 separate people carrying the room key, both keys were deactivated (what's the odds of both keys not working) and finally, 8th- 5am, delivery truck unloading supplies right next to hotel rooms, instead of possibly through the front entrance or another entry away from customers' hotel rooms. NOW the good, ice machine worked great and the continental breakfast was good!!! However, doesn't give enough credit to justify nothing but a one star for this La Quinta hotel location.
Don’t even waste your time or money. What was once a beautiful property has become a miserable excuse for a safe, secure and clean establishment.
Staff was nice
I out stayed one night and paid for 2 I was told I would get refunded but still haven’t received a refund. Room was very dirty. The layout of the hotel is very confusing. It was hard to find a place to park and finding my room.
The front desk clerk when we checked in was awesome. She was super friendly and very attentive.
The morning front desk staff acted like like every question I asked was ruining his day. Breakfast was not properly set up by 0800, and when asked to get more cream cheese it felt like I was being rude. There was a couple staying in room 136 that seemed homeless or on drugs. Very loud banging on everything.

Location was good. Value would have been fine if things had been cleaner.
Ants in the bathroom. I know this is a budget place, I keep that in mind, and overall the room seemed nice enough for the price. But the bottom floor unit we had had a decent amount of ants that seem to be living in the bathroom, and it seems like at night they spread out into the main room.
Also, the fire alarm went off at 3am and it took about 15-20 minutes for them to turn it off. That was annoying, but probably not the fault of the hotel. They should address the ants though.
There were stains on every sheet, blanket, bath mat and some pillow cases. It was disgusting. There was visible mold in the bathroom and it could also be smelled in the closet.
Mold in bathroom
Staff very nice professional, moved me to another room, as I requested. Cute rooms, just need better maintenance.
Needed a map, as property is very confusing. Searching for an elevator was a challenge. Mold in all the grout of bathroom wall, so unhealthy for me, have Asthma. Second room did not have fridge or microwave for my meal I had saved, had to eat it cold.
Did not participate in the breakfast but the coffee was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. Excellent brewed coffee. Room was kept up and clean.
After traveling around America I haven't high hopes for hotels, but this hotel was pleasantly clean, taken care of and friendly.
Location
First room no hot water, broken/loose toilet seat, sink extremely slow draining plus no stopper at all in the sink. TV remote missing the back batteries falling out no open outlets to charge devices with unplugging lights or clock . Elevators do not work . Paper thin bedspread over set of sheets as bedding . Dead bolt on door was snapped off /missing.
The check in person was though and very helpful.
