Upon checkout. Myra was exceptional, answered my questions, was very pleasant & professional.
Pros:

Brkfst was okay. Would have liked scrambled eggs instead of the way they made them. Liked the bagels & yogurt. Overall a good selection.

Cons:

Maybe some ham & bacon.

Housekeeping shortage.
Pros:

Staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Housekeeping poor. We had to ask for clean towels. No one made beds, stains running down walls beside the toilet.

This stay was not good, but this was one stay I hope will be rectified in the future I would stay again. Past stays were

Location, comfortable atmosphere, breakfast is good, staff is friendly, normally very clean

Cons:

This stay was dirty comforters. Cleaning service was not accommodating to request for full clean sheet sets. Beds were never made with clean sheets as requested. Plus property would not accommodate cost due to not fulfilling request.

Pros:

Bed we're new and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Shower curtain smelled like mildew it sat in washer too long. The cleaners need to wipe the whole door down in bathroom with a Mr clean eraser and sweep the corners of the bathroom and wipe corners clean. They also need to use a Mr clean eraser on tub to get the grime off sides of tub. I bring my own cleaning supplies to clean behind them.

Relax and enjoy!
Pros:

Large, sunny lobby, clean, comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave, free breakfast and friendly and very supportive staff always with a smile. We will look for LaQuinta where we we go.
