Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. Has been very updated. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. Great all around stay. I will return to this great hotel

A very nice hotel. Room and facilities were all top notch. If you’re in Kyiv, you can’t go wrong staying at the Premier Palace Hotel.

No complaints! The property was practically perfect in every way! It's within walking distance of anything you could want to experience in Kyiv, with plenty of dinning options in all directions. The pool was fabulous and the sap even better. I'm looking forward to my next stay there!!
The hotel and it`s service have seen better days. Everything in the hotel is decent except the price. The location is good, very close to the Taras Shevchenko Park. Breakfast is merely ok and the service can be good or bad. Stayed here twice, once before full scale invasion and once during.
I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room.
The SPA and pool was top notch. However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost.
The rooftop bar is great. Nice view, super friendly waitresses. However, the hostess who are supossed to take you to a free table just points somewhere and say "take whatever you want". Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level.
A really nice high end hotel. That even in the midst of a war does all it can to bring you a full experience of class and comfort.
Great hotel, wonderful staff
A very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel. The decor is great and the entrance hall is lovely.

Hotel declined any flexibility following a last minute cancel due to COIVID eruption in the country, which has prevented any international travel; too bad - I run a media agency and host many events in the CIS.... Their loss.
It’s the second time I’m paying for a room with city view and get the opposite and a smaller room. There was no room available like I reserved . Last time there was no indication for my payment for breakfast. The service in breakfast was not good
